Hi Richard, I like this good question.
Every EA working and active at SFI business opportunity is doing so to earn money. In the process
when he comes to know that he/she has to invest money, he hesitates and remains EA. But,many EAs
have their on financial restraints and you can not group them as sleeping or idling. SFI has many
programs to overcome this financial restraints. There are price-benders auctions,knock-out trivia,
pick-the-price,daily-grand-draw,t-time draw,and

If a person has a team of PSA's that they have recruited then it is in their best interest to become a Team Leader because then they will be eligible for the matching Versa Points and will also get a Bronze Team Leader $$ bonus. What I have seen is that when someone actually has recruited people themselves that is motivating because it gives them a purpose to become a team leader. So in summary you must motivate your EA to talk to people everyday about SFI and the benefits that come with it, it

I think that to be successful, motivation must be special for everyone. You have to know the situation of your PSA or CSA, so you can narrow him/her properly. Somebody have more time, other has more money - and according to this should be motivating for higher status.

Personally, group motivations that I receive from my uplines, gives me an idea what should I do. Then I contact my sponsor - what she thinks about it. After that I can take action or not.

First you have to be

The easiest way to motivate active EAs to become Team Leaders is by showing the Benefits chart shown on

https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart

and then point out that it's easier to make money whenever you get active affiliates, ECAs, and PRMs. Beyond that, it's really up to them to see the value.

I think the only way to motivate members to become leaders isjust specific personal example by yourself that this probably makes more money or perform tasks easier. I think it's a turning point in this business, you choose to invest more, work more, but is expected to be worth it much more. Some are willing to do and some do not, and they need an example to convince them that it is a good decision to become a leader.

You have to keep motivating them by giving them helpful tips, check in with them on a daily basis, and be a part of helping them to grow their buisness. if they know theres someone they can turn to when they get overwhelmed they are more apt to continuely be an active participant in growing thier SFI buisness

The best way is to give them their primer prove how you are determined to fight to do and earn. To show them that it can go away despite obstacles. Appeared to them on LaunchPad, SFI basics, to investigate. Just need to wake up their curiosity, after all easier. For each question, you have to find an answer, even though you do not know you personally, ask those who know. Never do they show you something you do not know, because you lose their confidence. Lots of luck. Respect
