Which is better for a fairly new ECA? Limit shipping to my region while my business grows or ship internationally from the start?

I have ECA and today they approved my first product (I am very happy for this). We are from Macedonia (Europa) and when we send something (internationaly) the cost is tooo high.
For now I will sell only localy. In mean time, will looking for cheap shipment.
Maybe is possible to have some regional centers, where we could send our products (some quantity) and distribute from there (to decrese transport costs).
Or to organise pick up once per month from specific locations.

How do you explain and promote transfer buying to your team members?

At this moment in our country (Macedonia) I don't find ECA store that promote products for every day use. To buy them internationaly is not practical. So I can't transfer my every day shoping try Tripleclicks.
This gave me idea to visit some market chains and promote them as ECA on Tripleclicks. This could do all memebrs from Macedonia.
I must lead by example (under this I mean to show them what I do with my ECA). I will get back with results on Forum :)
What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

I think that to be successful, motivation must be special for everyone. You have to know the situation of your PSA or CSA, so you can narrow him/her properly. Somebody have more time, other has more money - and according to this should be motivating for higher status.
Personally, group motivations that I receive from my uplines, gives me an idea what should I do. Then I contact my sponsor - what she thinks about it. After that I can take action or not.
First you have to be a team leader.

I read all the previous answers and agree with all of them, but at the end is pure luck.
To have any idea about price, YES, you must visit history of auction.
But you never now...
I do the same thing (visit history) when I prepare for bidding in auction. To know how much TC I must have (approximate). Does I have chance to win or not.

I will tell you what I didn't do (and I am sooo sorry for that).
I was on vacation outside of my country and meet lot of new people there. I told them about my additional income (SFI and Tripleclikcs). But, I was aware that I'm not prepared. I don't have with me nothing about SFI and Tripleclicks that could give them.
If I have something like WAVE3 X-Cards, I'm sure that at least 5 people (if not more) will be my new PSA and Tripleclikcs members.

When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?

It is very important how we received that PSA.
If it's our friend, family, etc. then I start chat how begin with SFI and Tripleclikcs. Then briefly explains my Beginning.
If I do not know personally this new PSA, then first introduction and after that continue the conversation for SFI and TripleClicks.
When do I know that I've become successful in SFI and TripleClicks?

It depends.
For every step of your way, you should set goal. When you came to the end of this way, if you fulfill your goal - you are successful.
From my experience:
- At beginning in SFI, I was very confused. I sad to my self - MUST understand this. I read, read, ...., read and finally understand. I feel successful at this point.
Then discover ECA stores. I want to open my ECA store. When I did this, I feel successful.
Now, I learn about gift cards. This is my next goal.
At the end is income. He will start coming, but concentrate and follow advice that SFI gave to us.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

If you have PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away, you should thanks GOD for this.
In short time this PSA will be better than you. He is probably highly motivated and in short time will be very successful.
Only one remark: If he don't have team under him, suggest to become only BTL. For higher position, he MUST have 3-5 active member in his team.
Why should I remain focused on my SFI business when there are other companies offering me allegedly similar opportunities?

If you want to be successful, you must concentrate and be persistent.
If you try lot of different things, you will scratch only the surface.
When you start with something, explore till the end. And then, if you don't like, look for something else.
Another thing (according to me): before quit something, you must try at least one year.
You are hear (at SFI) and refuse all others until your final decision.

All Eager Zebra games are very interesting and generate TC, VP and MRP.
For games with answers, because English is my second language, I must have enough time and must be concentrate. So, I play them rarely.
I don't follow sports events and can't predict anything. Baseball is not popular in our country and I can't ask somebody to help me.
Other games is OK for whole world.
