You can tell them that Each and every new month Vp are set to zero because each & every member should participate in order to maintain his status,there fore we have to work hard in order to maintain the status and to keep going on to get other Ranks not only that but also you will be awarded commissions due to the Vps and to maintain Power Ranks......
That why every new month they put 0 vp...

Printed Flyers can be attract PSA/PRM/ECA by do the following Things
-Printed Flyers you can place at your working place either at the office/Notes bords
-printed Flyers also can be place at the Restaurant dont't forget to put your link on it
-Printed Flyers can be published on magazines as well
-And also you can put it at your car also like waves stickers etc
Through those short hints hope you will get some of PSA/PRM and ECA also when they saw your Printed Flyers
Note:
-Don't forget to left your contact no and the link as well therefore if they need more help they will contact you through your phone no that you will be left at your Printed Flyer

The best way to motivate your Down line to become Team Leader
-First make sure your Train Them enough
-Then tell them when you Started SFI there are different ranks
-Then differentiate to her/him each Rank and its advantages
-If they have problem that they will make them stay at EA/EA2 you can provide to them G-Cert if its possible

1.By make sure she/he followed your lead what you did she have to do also
2.Tell her/him to sign in Daily
3.By teaching him about To-Do-List
4.By teaching him about Tripleclicks and ECAs
5.By teaching him about Vp how she could get new badge through vp and make Duplicate
6 By teching him about Commissions how people generate Commission through SFI etc
7.To become a team leader Credit card is not necessary,Not only but also when he /she
still working with SFI then the end of the day he will get the Credit card after making enough cash through SFI

Ok let me answer you question,
Here we are.. You will come to know that your the Successful person at SFI through PSA and CSA then you will generate and Train them to become EA,EA2,BTL,BRONZE TEAM leader etc
also you will know your successful in SFI when your rank will be updated, that mean that when you start your business you will be shown at your home page or on Scoreboard that your status was shown that your the Affiliate member but when you work hard to increase Vps, until you reach 1500 vp at the end of the month then your status will change/updated also from Affiliate to EA,EA Mean is the second Grade from Affiliate to EA then the next month also you have to reach 1500vp to get new badge of EA2 then you have to do so until you reach at the top that is how we success here at SFI

If you want to install SFI or TripleClick Banner on your Blog First you should have the blogs that you want to install your Banners then go to the SFI Market Method the choose the banner than you want to install at your Blog then copy your code from SFI banner that you have already copy then open your Blog then add the widget then paste your code from your blog
OR
Add Banner Image to New Element. Click the "Layout" tab, and then click "Add a Gadget" in the new layout element at the top of the page. Select "HTML/JavaScript" from the pop-up window. Click "Save" to return to the Layout screen, and then click "View Blog" to see your new banner.
