When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?

Since we are dealing with a new PSA we should explain more about SFI. You should also inform your new PSA what are the necessary steps to be taken. Explain to him or her the tasks to be completed, be it daily,weekly or monthly. Not to forget the Getting-Started Actions, Launchpad,Intermediate Actions as well as TripleClicks.Do also encourage him to take part in Eager Zebra games as the prizes offered are excellent. Lastly do also mention on the uniqueness of Pricebenders Auction where lucky affiliates

Firstly, introduce yourself as their Sponsor. Welcome your PSA to SFI and your team.
I suggest asking them what understanding of SFI they have. This will let you know if you need to explain to them about SFI, it also gives you an idea how much guidance to start them with and if they will need a little extra of your time. Be positive and encouraging, let them know you will work together with them as they learn and build with SFI and you're here to guide and help.

Initiating a chat with new PSA is rare. But when I get the chance here is what we discuss

1. Welcome & Introductions
2. Ultra-Simple 3 step Plan
3. Locating training,forum & upline buttons

I discuss briefly the above notes when i still have the chances, who knows this could be the first and also the last time they online.

First and foremost you need to make to deal with daily tasks ... along with him to pass his / her VP Ledger page.
You have to create a relationship of trust and friendship, as it easier to handle the job. Remember that your success depends on his success. Motivate him to give raises questions because when you PSA asks questions then you know you have valuable contributors.

In your first chat, you should welcome the new PSA to your team by writing a welcome message or sending SFI welcome E-Card.
Let him/her know that he/she has not made a wrong choice.
Let your PSA know that you are there to help him/her grow in SFI business.

Remind him /her of the importance of daily log in and visit the To Do List.
And recommend some actions that will be of help to him or her.

Through Chart you can discuss with your PSA Many things for Example:
you can discuss about how to start the SFI, as you know SFI is all about to Lead & reading,therefore you can Train him/her on how to Participate on TO-DO-LIST,SFI BASIC and LAUNCHPAD to keep him/her aware and understand more about WHAT SFI mean,and how does it work.Not only that but also you can discuss with your PSA on how you can build the SFI Team and to Archieve your Goals

In my opinion you should not "attack" your newly registered affiliate with chat immediately.
You can send them Team mail to let them know that there is a chat option. Let them know how it works and that they contact you whenever they see a yellow "cloud".
Many people will just leave when in the first minutes of their registration and while they are trying to find their way to understand everything, they hear a chime and someone wants to talk to them...many just are not

1.Completion of “Getting Started” actions will give you 945 AVPs in a very short time.
2.Just complete those 19 actions, registration, white listing, uploading of photo ,a2a registration Facebook (SFI and Triple Clicks),twitter(SFI, TripleClicks, Pricebenders), Affiliate Profile, Marketing center, Ask Gery, etc.
3.Just review, read and action 21 categories listed gets easily 300 AVPs.
- Reviewing Income index ,T raining Index, Feedback index etc and reading 10 articles listed

Of course, you have to talk about the SFI, what it's SFI, how earns in SFI.
But the conversation must flow in a friendly atmosphere, not only prosaically enumeration data and tasks!
Try determine if you have a common hobby, and talking about this subject by the way teach about SFI!
Of course, not the first day overwhelm with tons of the data, offer help and explanations to his queries everyday at start!
