I will give them a Gift Certificate to gain EA, as this will benefit my downline. I have bought products that I use, with the business mind. ie price, value, gift ability,availability of simular product from genuine suppliers. I have one EC I have linked to that offer free shipping,on electronic goods and at prices less than retail. Ships directly from factory. That would be difficult for me to replicate. I have a good mentor, who lives in same city as me. She sells cloths. So these two especially, set a benchmark for me to reach.

It is my thinking that if someone joins SFI thinking it's a job opportunity rather than a business opportunity, maybe we should look at the wording of our ads or what we say to someone in person.
If we use the ads provided by SFI under "Marketing Aids" there should be no doubt that this is not an employer looking for employees.
My suggestion is, be very clear in the beginning and you likely will not have anyone who thinks they are applying for a JOB.
I can't imagine anybody having an "employee" mentality when they do not join under the label of a job.
I understand that there are some people that like to be "told" what to do. All of your messages should be addressed to your affiliates from the perspective as them being Business owners. Give suggestions, but never "orders".
Just be "aware" of the language you use when addressing them. Sometimes it's a matter of confidence. Over time you can help them increase that confidence through the respect you show.

When communicating with your affiliates, refer to SFI as "Your Business"
Outline the importance of investment of time and effort into sustaining profits from their efforts.
Without putting some investment into SFI, we cannot call SFI our Business. It is important to stress on the importance of commitment, in addition to investment of time and effort into getting the results they desire from their SFI Business.

You need to explain to your downline the benefits of SFI and how it works.
You also have to explain to them that, SFI give a platform of sposoring and duplication which is more on less employing people and encouraging them to work hard in other to make huge money.
Let them understand the concept of SFI at the early stage.
If they understand the what SFI does, they will change their mindset.

I think the answer is very simple:
explain that SFI will not provide him a monthly salary as an employee.
If he want to make money, it can only if he think like a business owner and acts as a business owner.
And he will also earning as a business owner!
This mean, he determine earnings alone, and that can only as a business owner!
As in any business, and in general any situation, positive people and positive actions pull us forward and give us strength. How would you like to sponsor you to be gloomy and negative personality, would you encourage it to do?
