From my personal experience,When you have acquired the below knowledge that will help you build up a successful business and a solid team as well, you have to set into action. Be focused and try to put into action all that you have learnt.

1. Knowledge
Knowledge is the major factor that helps us in building a team with true team spirit. We must try as much as possible to acquire all the information we’ll need to build up a solid team in our first month while undergoing the free SFI training. This will help us in tackling any difficulty we might face in the process of this business.

2. Commitment
This is an important factor that cannot be ignored. When you have acquired the knowledge that will help you build up a successful business and a solid team as well, you have to set into action. Be focused and try to put into action all that you have learnt.

3. Perseverance
This factor comes into play at certain intervals. When you encounter any obstacle in the course of building up your team, never relent. Persevere cause you may never know whether that is your stepping stone to greater heights.

4. Communication
This is a very vital factor in SFI that if neglected will take your business to nowhere. Try and build a good and effective communication link between you and your team members. By doing so, this will make them feel they are not alone.

5. Encouragement
Discouragement destroys a solid team building. When any of your team member works hard, try and encourage him/her by sending messages that denotes encouragement to him/her. You can as well express your happiness in terms of gifts, awards, etc. When a team member is appreciated on his/her level of success, that will encourage the person to strive for more.

6. Lead by example
Nothing speaks more of a leader than his/her actions. Let your actions speak for you. When you lead by example, your team members will be motivated to follow suit.
If all these factors are well considered, nothing can stop you from building a team with a true team spirit in SFI.

Be willing to invest at least six months, do your best to gain VPs, PSAs, CSAs, PRMs. Actively participate in all aspects of SFI/TripleClicks that appeal to you. Try to attain EA2 or BTL, whichever you've chosen, every month.

At the end of six months, evaluate your position. Do you have an active downline? Are you actively sponsoring your downline (whether they are active or not is not something you can control, only the sponsoring you do)? Do you contact them regularly, congratulate them on their progress, answer any queries they send?

Do you LIKE SFI/TripleClicks? It's hard to do a good job at anything if you don't really like it!

If you can honestly tell yourself you are satisfied with your efforts, progress, results, and you can see where you are heading, I think you can call yourself successful.

Do you have room for improvement? Almost assuredly you do!:) Can you see where you can improve? Do you see a future for yourself with SFI?

I think positive answers to questions like these are the best way for each to measure their own success level. DO NOT measure yourself against any other affiliate!! You do not walk in their shoes, nor they in yours. So long as you are satisfied with your own performance, be happy with it.

There are four areas where we can measure success in SFI.

1.Affiliate Program.
Success in affiliate program can be measured in three areas:

a.Active affiliates – There are three types of affiliates that we want to see active.
Our PSA must be at least earning 1,500 VP per month.
Our CSA in the way are also earning at least 1500 VP per month. In this way, we know that they are buying and we can harvest their VP from the second time they become EA.
Our ECA must also be at least selling their product, in that way we can also earn from royalty.

b.Personally Earned VP. – You are successful if you are able to earn VP’s needed to match your active PSA’s. You must at least be same rank with your most active PSA.

c.Duplication – You are able to encourage your active PSA to be doing what you are doing.

2.Direct Selling

There are also three areas where you can measure your Success in direct selling.
a.You are able to sell item from TripleClicks and have PRM’s.
b.You are able to sell your own product as ECA.
c.You are able to sell or old stuff in your listing.

3.Pay Per Action
Your success in this area can be measured by the number of affiliates you recruit through SFIPPA program, and your recruits have done something that enable you to earn.

4.Auction
Your success in auction can be measure by the number of times you win in bidding.

Of these four areas no. 1, the Affiliate program is the most important, because this is where the big income will come from in the long term basis.

Success is said to be the achievement of your set goals, and for you to succeed in SFI, you need your team members which could be your PSAs, or CSAs which make up your Genealogy, and you can get your PSAs by yourself or you go through PSA-to-go, S-builder or Co-op manager.

You could measure your success by having some good number of PSAs and CSAs buying T-credits every month set as a standing order in your genealogy.

You could measure your success by coming out the winner in E365 class contest and earning the winning amount of VPs.

Success could be measured by reviewing your target and making sure you met your high goal target set by you.

You can measure your success if your team members are as active and productive as you are.

Your success can be measured with you earning steady income in commission and sales.

You can also measure your success by the number of badges you have achieved by logging in daily.

Your success can be measured by the number of CSAs assigned to you monthly.

As long as you are making some progress in building up your SFI business, no matter how small or big the progress is, you are on the road to success.

There are a number of criteria you can use to measure your success at SFI and they are listed below:

Mastering the START, SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD.

Subsequently qualifying for EA with the first 1500 Versapoints.

Maintaining at least EA2 throughout.

Having a good team upon sponsoring.

Advancing to Team Leader.

Training your team and duplicating after which they achieve EA2 or Team Leader ranks.

Long term success is measured by moving up the ranks from EA2 to BTL to STL to GTL and finally PTL.

Imparting your knowledge to the SFI community.

Everyone has a set of parameters or criteria by which one measures success but since SFI is an online business that requires you to build a network of affiliates who are active - this is one of the conditions that will primarily quantify your success and these are a few more of those conditions that will determine how successful you are.

1..firstly your own level (rank) will show your commitment to SFI -and being able to maintain it every month is an important measure of your success.

2..how many leaders (rank) in your team maintain their ranks every month and their progress directly affects your own success.

3..understanding that the deeper the levels (generations) within your team will also ensure that you have a well rooted foundation for your business and how many within those levels are team leaders improves your successful streak. It's of no point that in the 1st year of your tenure with SFI you earn and become successful only to drift away from the business. Maintaining the momentum is important.

4..how active you and your team are will be showcased by the number of badges awarded to you. This is another way to see your success.

5..when you have achieved your goals or exceeded them, this would indicate your success and would be evident every time you set goals and are congratulated by SFi.

6..however, the bottom line of measuring your success, I would assume will lie solely on your income every month and this is directly relevant to the above points I have made.

It is important to measure you success/progress in any business you are involved in so as in SFI. Here are the ways which really reflects your amount of success and you should certainly keep focussed on it

1. Commission: Undoubtedly, this is the most focussed result which gives a overall success of your business at SFI. Of course, you can find it high at the beginning but it can give you an idea that you are rally progressing. If you can find that your income is growing with month by month then you are at right path. However, if it falls or holds at a amount after some time, you must know there is something whic you must start rectifying.

2. Matching VP: This is very important tool to measure your growth in SFI. Every month you must see how much EA2 and TL matching VP you are generating every month. Your question is a very good question. "What are the best ways by which one can measure his/her success in SFI? I found myself reaching a plateau in my affiliate marketing business and I asked my self the same question. So I devised a visual plan.

The first thing I did was to reevaluate my daily activities in two areas, personal and business. I asked myself what can I do to be more productive and see my progress. I came up with three thing I could do.

1. I began to use technology more. I use my smart phone to set scheduled times
to work in my business every day to-do-list and a schedule to work on my weekly- to do-list and my monthly to-do-list. I also scheduled a time to work on newsletters, and advertising. This requires a written plan.

2. Next I wrote out goals planning and activity planning sheets for long term, mid term and short term. I also made the planning and activity sheet available for my team members as well.

3. KEEP A POSITIVE OUTLOOK AND, NEVER GIVE UP!!



This is a start to measure your success.

The rules of success is how you define them. As a big dreamer you might think of making a certain amount of money in a month. You could think of a 4 figure number or a fie figure number or even 6 figure number.

The way you measure your success at SFI is by being active and making sure that you teach your down line art of duplication. You have to tell your down line to do things which you did.

Make sure to ask your PSA and CSA to send emails which you had sent them earlier to forward them to their down line to achieve success.

Measuring your success is an art and you will learn the same by getting there by doing your day to day actions.

Never judge yourself if you made less money this month then the last month just because situation changed.

Do whatever you are doing and believe that you can make it and have the status of EA2.

Do everything to support your down line. If you see too many people quitting then don't loose heart because you will get fresh CSA and PSA with what you have learned and with your advertising skills.

At this point of time I have 300 under my down line with only 10 or so doing well. These 10 are my building blocks and they are doing what I do.

So don't measure success rather measure your efforts which will give you success eventually!

How one measures success depends on one's own circumstances and goals. For some success may mean earning enough to put bread on the table, while for others it may mean frequent overseas holidays, or retiring and living a life of luxury. For some it may have nothing to do with money at all.

I would venture to suggest that most of us joined SFI because we wanted a greater income for whatever reason we thought we needed it. If we are earning that income then we could say we have achieved success. If we have a plan in place and are working steadily towards it, and achieving each small goal along the way, then I would say you are being successful even if you have not yet attained the financial benefit you are aiming for. if you continue with your plan you will get there eventually, so you are in the process of achieving success, and that is surely success!

If you joined to put aside a nest egg and are seeing that growing month by month, then I would say you have reached a measure of success, even though the amount may still be small. You have time to keep working and growing your nest egg and have the assurance that when you need it, you will have it.

If you joined because you wanted to work from home, and are not yet able to do that, then I guess you haven't attained success yet. However if you are definitely working towards achieving that goal and see it as a very real probability, then so long as you keep working and growing your business month by month, then you are on the road to achieving your success.

Only you can determine whether you have achieved success or not. Follow SFI's Rules of Success and you will surely attain whatever you have set out to do, and that must mean you will be successful!
