1. Matching VP for all EA2 PSA’s and CSA’s, 6 levels deep in your down line.
2. 1 Share of Second Home CSA’s.

To capitalize on Matching VP you must have a down line and preferably 6 levels deep. This is a good question and one I asked myself a few months ago.

The benefits of being a Bronze Team Leader are:
matching VP for the work of your team down to 6 levels.
12 bonus TCredits every month
1 share of second home CSAs
a once-off $10 Bronze Bonus the second month you maintain BTL

The benefits of being a BTL must be weighed up against what it may cost you to attain or maintain that status. I became a BTL in my first month by doing all of my training right away. Of course I didn't have a team to lead, so I didn't benefit from the matching VP.

The shares of CSAs I received were useless because none of them did much and the minimal CSC I received was a pittance compared to the cost of maintaining BTL.

I persevered for several months buying PSAs through S-Builder and Pro-Profit. Most of these never logged in and of the few who did, most dropped out after the first month.

I realised I couldn't maximise the benefits of being a BTL unless I had a strong team to a few levels deep. There is no point spending money to maintain that rank if the cost of doing so far outweighs the returns you get from the rank.

I decided to drop back to EA2 and focus on building a strong team and making sales in TripleClicks before worrying about becoming BTL again. I keep a check on my Scoreboard page which shows me what earnings I may be missing out on by not being a BTL. When I see that my team is growing and generating enough VP to make it worthwhile to outlay more money, then I will again become BTL.

So you maximise the benefits of being a Bronze Team Leader by having a strong team going to several levels with regular EA2s in more than 1 level. You need to work hard at building your downline and helping your team to grow and become strong before you can benefit from being a BTL.

It is definitely worth aiming for, because you will never get rich staying an EA2. The power of this business is in the TripleClicks Executive Pool matching VP and you must be a team leader to tap into that. However don't waste your limited resources maintaining this level until you are in a position to really benefit from it.

How to maximize the benefits of being a Bronze Team Leader.

Being a BTL means nothing if you have no team to lead or if you don't lead the team you have.

Many will talk about the power of getting 40-60 free Co-Sponsored Affiliates each month and some will talk about opening all 6 streams of income to your business but I want to focus on the biggest benefit which is matching VP.

As a Team Leader you need to know how to generate sales at TripleClicks.

Once you know this, you can teach your PSA and help those personally sponsored affiliates start earning money with SFI. If they are making money they will be active and they will not leave, so you need to get them on the right path as soon as they come through the door.

When you know how to generate sales on Triple Clicks you will get Versa Points and 45% of the Commission Volume or CV on those sales.

When your PSA get CV and commissions on TripleClicks Personally Referred Member sales they generate more VP that feeds up to you through matching VP.

As a Bronze team leader you get matching Versa Points on 6 levels of referrals and you 5 hard working, well trained affiliates who you taught to refer 5 and teach 5 will soon become hundreds or even thousands of well trained affiliates feeding you millions of VP from sales they generate.

You must be a Team Leader to show leadership skills, knowledge and commitment to SFI.

Maximize your profits by helping your first line PSAs, especially, to reach EA2 and stay there until they are ready to become a team leader too.

Once you know they are committed and are BTLs themselves, reassign an EA2 to them. Hopefully, your upline sponsor will give you some too. Then help them even more. Keep sponsoring, thousands if necessary to find the gems. Then watch as your team explodes magically.

You can maximize your earnings even more by showing your down line how to advertise effectively, become an ECA (perhaps locally) and how to sponsor ECAs.

Show them Wave3, even give them a $2.00 gift certificate to purchase a membership.

Tell them about all the chances to win as a Wave3 member, and how to win all the contests SFI has to offer. Get them interested in the Pricebender Auction.

Encourage all your affiliates to get a standing order, even if it’s just a few single TCredits. A single TCredit gives both you and your affiliate 102 VP each (as matching VP)!

To maximize the benefits of Bronze Team Leader you must understand the extra benefits afforded to you as a Bronze Team Leader.

Now in order to get the most out of the matching VP you have to have EA2s down 6 levels. To get EA2s down six levels you can use your reassignment tool or it is preferred if you create 1 EA2 and help the to get an EA2 down 6 levels. Then you earn matching VP and thus matching shares from the executive pool. Your EA2s that are CSAs will also count toward the matching VP bonus so support them the best you know how.

The share of CSAs can be a welcomed addition to your network but you do get inactive CSAs as well as some active CSAs. The best thing you can do for your CSAs is to give them the same support as your PSAs. If you get some that follow your recommendations that's always a plus.

Finally, to maximize those 12 T Credits, you should monitor some auctions for 500 T Credits and try to multiple your T Credits. The key is patience and timing. You only have to be the last bid to win. Remember your first 500 bids in price bender auctions earn you 500 VP! You can also use the T Credits to enter KO Trivia Games where you can win even more T Credits and up to 200 VP. You can also download music or enter Pick the Price and get even more T Credits should you win or be the closest to pick the final price.

Accordingly, maximizing the benefits of BTL means understanding what you have and realizing how it benefits your bottom line. The best way to maximise your team leader benefits is by helping members of your team make EA2 or better. This will give you extra VP which will be helping you to progress.
