Holding a class or seminar to train your personally sponsored affiliates is an excellent idea. I think I might consider doing this myself. I would first gain an understanding of the skill set needed to be successful with SFI.
Then I would do a survey to find out what skills my PSA’s have and what skills do they need to develop. I would use the results to assess the training needs of my PSA’s to form a basis for creating each training session.
I would develop a training agenda that would be something like this:
1. Present information.
2. Have a “how to demonstration.”
3. Allow PSA’s an opportunity to practice what has been demonstrated.
4. Allow time for questions and answers.
5. Ask for feedback for how to improve training sessions.
This is very doable. I think once you have the above worked out, then you can move on to the when and the where to hold the training sessions. Hope you are able to hold offline classes. I think, when I do this, I will offer an incentive for my PSA's to be awarded for bring a prospective affiliate to a training session so a person who is on the fence can see first hand that they will have help with their SFI business.
The more I think about this I see there is great potential here. Thanks for asking this question.
