It depends on the situation, assuming you’re a Team Leader, you should know when to send individual welcome letters or group mailings to your downlines. Knowing when to apply these methods of communication to your downlines plays a vital role towards building close relationship within your team, which will contribute highly to your success as a network marketer?
When to send individual welcome letters?
- Depending on your time, if you’re receiving few sign ups from your S-Builder Co-op or your own Ad Co-op, send your welcome letters individually. Welcoming new affiliates with their names make them feel important and respected.
The idea here is you are connecting to your new PSA individually, like face to face communication and having the two of you a privacy.
When to send group mailings to your new PSAs?
- When you’re signing up maybe 50, 100 or more new affiliates a day.
Also when receiving you’re second home CSAs, you should use group mailings. It is time consuming to send welcome message to over a hundred people individually. Your message here should focus on being one as a team, like “Welcome To Our Team...As your Team Leader and Sponsor, I’m here to help you. Your success is my success” and so on.
