I would suggest that you always send mails to your PSA's as well as sending out group mailings. By doing this your PSA's will see that you are taking the time to get to know them on an individual basis whilst also guiding the whole team at the same time.

I get a lot of group mailings but quite a lot of the time it can give me the feeling that it is quite robotic. I am always happy to see that my sponsor, co-sponsor or even somebody higher in the team has taken their time to get to know

Good question!

I think that this becomes an issue if one has a large number of affiliates. For those who are just starting to build their team, the answer is a resounding, "YES". Nothing says 'I'm here for you' better than a personalized, individual welcome letter.
The content can be pre-written and general enough for all new affiliates and then a few personalized comments added in before sending out is a good compromise if one is pressed for time and have a big number

Sending Group mailing is a very good way to welcome your new PSAs, But sending each one a individual E-mail is more warmer and makes your PSAs feel more wanted.
Also by sending a individual e-mail your new PSA is more likly to get it for it will be
right in his or her personal mail.
Your PSA is more likely to feel that if they need help you will be right there for them. Yes sending your PSA a personal e-mail is really the way to go along with your group mail.

It’s a good question and my idea to welcome new PSAs is sending out a group invitation by appreciating all the PSAs no matter from which country their belong, it awesome to encourages the PSAs to work.

By sending out group invitation one can save time as sending individual welcome letters would require little more time to spent even the letter is cut and paste. Then after sending welcome letter I believe individual communication sending out encouraging, giving goods news of SFI, and other

Jovan,

If you are sponsoring very few PSAs daily, then it will be comfortable for you to send Individual letter to each PSA. It will create a good impact on the new PSA about you as a Sponsor.

There is a provision to send Pre formatted Welcome letter to new PSA. You can send this immediately after you receive notification about a new PSA. You just have to type the name of the affiliate. This letter will give the personal touch to new PSA as it can be drafted by you. You can

I believe it's incredibly important to send out individual letters to your new PSAs, especially at the start to welcome them to the business and your team. It's good for your PSAs to know that you are on hand to offer your help to them as they get started. Introducing yourself and giving them some helpful tips and advice on how to get a good start in SFI will let them know that they have a good sponsor who cares about them on an individual level and wants them to succeed.

Of course the

SFI provides us with everything we need to run our business successfuly. Why shouldn't we use that?
One of the great tools I like the most is E-Card.I use E-Card to introduce myself to every new PSA and to congratulate him/her on joining SFI.I also welcome him/her to my Team. With a few additional sentences I tell him/her that as their Sponsor I'm always here for them,to help and support them along the way and encourage them to contact me.
After that I send them an e-mail to explain them

I have considered how to answer this question and my thoughts are that no affiliate will know whether you have duplicated a letter to them or not. If you address it to each affiliate personally by including ~FIRSTNAME~ in the salutation, it is already personal.

I love the e-cards and would rather send each new affiliate a personal "WELCOME" e-card - you can duplicate the message on that as well by "copy and paste". Just the fact that you have taken the time to select

Good one,

100% it is essential to worthwhile to send the individual mail to PSA's rather than group mail. In team work we as leaders should prove that every team member's contribution is well admired and appreciated. We always should consider these PSA's as our VIP downline because they are the people who builds the next generation team. When we write individual mails they will realize their importance in the business/team and also there will not be any communication gap when we have good
