It’s a good question and my idea to welcome new PSAs is sending out a group invitation by appreciating all the PSAs no matter from which country their belong, it awesome to encourages the PSAs to work.

By sending out group invitation one can save time as sending individual welcome letters would require little more time to spent even the letter is cut and paste. Then after sending welcome letter I believe individual communication sending out encouraging,giving goods news of SFI, and other SFI relating programs to move ahead and get connected and involve in SFI program closely to get their place in every level.

I use E card method to send each PSAs to follow-up .

All of us are unique and each one has different ideas and opinion. Have hope to succeed in endeavouring in building your awesome business with SFI and TripleClicks don’t waste time in thinking what to do and how to do to succeed in SFI because SFI is such strong program where everything is ready we only need to read SFI basics, trainings and methods and much more.

Think of good ideas, good words to add in your text messages which will have potential value to the new members and attract the SFI business.

SFI is one of the best internet business and I would say the personal characteristics and skills one should apply to make their SFI business successful.
1) Firstly create interest in your business
2) Do your daily, weekly and monthly tasks need to be done
3) Plan everything /set goals in paper and take action promptly
4) As a sponsor take care of your downline
5) Project a positive image in your SFI business
6) Focus in your SFI business and talk about SFI , as SFI program provides awesome
trainings and advertising methods readily available.
7) Your goal is to move with SFI successfully
8) Take your SFI business seriously - you cannot expect to be effective and
successful in business unless you truly believe in your business .
9) Manage your budget wisely
10) Be always the first one to reveal your business
11) Remember your downline (meaning they are like your customers)
12) Build a top notch team
13) Invest in yourself- spend some wisely in ebooks, journals, articles, magazine
and many more- its very important to be knowledgeable and having some
information what your doing can boost your business.
14) Be friendly and open minded with people
15) Communication is very effective and can create win win situation.
16) Stay organized – having your system in place like establish a routine by which
you can accomplish in a given day, maintain fixed hours in a daily or weekly
17) Making connections- no one can do business by itself – get connected to people
18) Direct your vision – having a clear vision of what you want to become is
essential
19) Participate in SFI Time Machine games, Auctions its fun
20) Don’t investigate how much others will earn , focus on how much you want to
