What can I do to get my new sign-ups to stay engaged with SFI for longer than one day?

Make sure to contact your newly recruited affiliates as soon as possible when they sign up. Offer your support, guidance and advice and let them know that by staying active they WILL see results. It is important to establish early on that the key to succeeding within SFI is to remain active and to login and complete actions daily.
Unfortunately, there's no way you can force somebody to be active and a lot of people will turn away from SFI when they realise that it's not a get rich quick scheme and that hard work, patience and persistence is involved. Too many people expect something for nothing and they are the ones that are going to miss out on the potential that SFI has.

What can you do to make SFI more exciting and fun for your team?

Affiliate since: 01/16/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
Keeping in contact with your team members and offering encouragement by way of advice and support is one way to keep up excitement. If you show that you are committed and that SFI is a proven way of making an income online - lead by example - then you should find that your affiliates are excited by the fact that real people are getting results by staying active within SFI.
Creating contests for your team members is another great way of keeping them excited and engaged. If they have a competitive nature and want to be rewarded for their efforts and activities, they will be excited and motivated to participate.

Which TEXT ADS have worked the best for you to attract PSAs?
Lisa Wright, Aff (United Kingdom)

Affiliate since: 01/16/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
I find writing my own text ads to be more effective. Once you have learned the value and potential of SFI, it becomes much easier to highlight the parts that will attract new members. Writing your own text ads will also make them more personal, unique to yourself as an individual, and they'll separate you from the crowd of people who are already using the pre-written text ads from SFI's marketing tools.
The context and content of your text ads should also be relevant to where you are advertising. If you are seeking out people who are unemployed, you may want to mention a way for them to start their own business and work from home. If you're targeting stay at home moms or dads, you'll want to mention the flexibility of being able to work as much or as little as you want.
If you're not too great at writing your own marketing copy, you could take the pre-written ones from SFI and mix them up; take one line from one and put it with lines from others, but make sure that it makes sense. You could also take a pre-written one and tweak it a little bit to make it your own.

How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

As a sponsor, you should help out the affiliates in your downline as much as you can. Remember that one of the key factors to succeeding in SFI is duplication. If you can teach that much to your sponsored affiliates, you will both be on the way to succeeding.
It is important to be on hand to help out your downline as much as possible. If they succeed, you succeed, so it should be one of your goals to teach your sponsored affiliates how to succeed with SFI.
There may be a fine line, however, between helping your affiliates and overloading them with information. There is so much to understand about SFI that it can be overwhelming. Make sure that when you are helping and coaching your sponsored affiliates, that you do so at a steady pace so that they can understand and absorb the information.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?
Lisa Wright, Aff (United Kingdom)

Affiliate since: 01/16/2014, Power Rank: 99999999
I believe it's incredibly important to send out individual letters to your new PSAs, especially at the start to welcome them to the business and your team. It's good for your PSAs to know that you are on hand to offer your help to them as they get started. Introducing yourself and giving them some helpful tips and advice on how to get a good start in SFI will let them know that they have a good sponsor who cares about them on an individual level and wants them to succeed.
Of course the group mailings are also important, but I believe it's much more professional and personal to send each of your PSAs a welcome letter when they join. If your first communication with them is a mass email that goes out to the whole team, they may feel like they're just a part of a generic marketer's email list. If you don't take the time to welcome them and create a personal bond, why would they feel motivated to work as a part of your team?

Thousands of SFI affiliates are doing the same thing. How do you stand out from the crowd?

Finding out what works for you when it comes to marketing SFI comes down to trial and error. Some things that work for some people may not work for another. It takes time and patience to find out what works for YOU as an individual. Each affiliate will approach the marketing of SFI in different ways. It's the same in any line of work.
In office jobs, you can have hundreds or thousands of people doing the same job, but there will be a handful that stand out and shine. It's all about finding out what works for you and what you are comfortable with. As an individual, you know your strengths and you know your weaknesses, so use your knowledge of your skills to your advantage and apply them to your work with SFI.

What is a good message I can use to greet my new PSAs?
Lisa Wright, Aff (United Kingdom)

The best message you can use to greet your PSA's is one that comes from you. Your greeting to your PSA's is a way for you to connect with them personally. It's best to come up with a greeting that you stand behind and that represents YOU.
You should welcome your PSA's into the SFI program, give them a little bit of information about how it works and some tips on how to get off to a good start. You should also let them know that you are on hand to help them as much as possible as their sponsor.

How is building a second income with a company like SFI beneficial to me?

Building a second income can be beneficial for many people, not just yourself. These days most people are living from paycheck to paycheck, and have nothing left over at the end of the month. Some people don't even make their salary stretch that far, so having a second income can be beneficial to pay extra bills or to treat yourself once in a while. Why wouldn't you want a second income?
The benefit of earning that second income with a company like SFI comes in many forms. SFI provides lots of training tools that can help in other business ventures or just in day to day life. While earning a second income, you're also learning. It's also filled with great people and a good way to build upon team skills and even make new friends!

Why is it good to participate in the new Eager Zebra game(s)?

Just look at the jackpot prize! If you are the winner I'm sure you'll find that it was worth participating in!
The Eager Zebra games add more fun to the SFI business and by taking part you are giving yourself a chance to win thousands of TCredits by just spending 1 per day to enter into the Time Machine game. Of course, the more guesses the make the more chance you have of winning, but it's fair for everybody, because there's only going to be one outcome!
What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

You should remind them that this is not a get rich quick scam and that it is a long term investment that will pay off if they keep at it and don't give up. It may help to put it into perspective for them. For some people a standing order can seem like a lot of money, but ask them to make a note of how much they spend per month on coffee or snacks or cigarettes or any other treats. In most cases it will amount to more than the cost of a standing order. Ask them if they are willing to give up a cup of coffee per day in return for financial freedom in the future. When you put it like that, it doesn't seem like so much. A standing order that guarantees EA status each month is a little over a dollar a day. For what you can get out of it, it's not a big investment at all.
