Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?
You can send out group mailings to your new PSAs if they are several to join or to be reassigned to you and you don't have much time.
But it's recommended to send individual welcome letters in order to be more closed to your affiliates. The mail can be the same but you take care of changing the name of the recipient.
hello,
thanks for your question but i must say that sending a welcome letter to various individuals in your team, down-liners or PSAs is very advisable because that will encourage them more and also show them that u care.
By so doing they will be motivated to work harder for their success as well as your own success too.Hope my answer provides solution to your question.
Thank you.
As team leaders, we should recognize that individuality do exist between people working together as a team. It is likewise personal, ethical, professional and worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs since we are responsible over the individuals whom we have invited to join our group and part of our income would come from them through matching of VPs.
I think that, to send your team all the same letter, would make your team members think you are a computer or that they are not important to your team to not be spoken to individually.
I say the best way to it, is to send individual letters to make them feel welcome and see that you are happy to talk to the individually.

Great question.
I'd say that it'd be best to send a group mailing to your new PSAs, considering that a large number of people signed up through your gateway. Sending individual emails can be time-consuming and quite taxing.
In the case that you may have one or two new PSAs, you can send an individual welcome email. Just keep it short & sweet, and save yourself the energy of figuring out what to say. ;)
I hope my answer helps. Good luck, and have fun!
"Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?"
Good question. It is very important to send the welcome letters to every new PSA and CSA. I think individual letters are more valuable than group letter. If you send individual letter to every new down line member in their name, it means that you are taking care off every one individually.
It is all up to you if you'd like to create a lasting relationship with the newbie and customize a welcome letter specially if you have all the time in the world to be on the web. For those who only have limited internet time, group mailing will suffice. It is the interaction and follow up that will determine if the PSA will be asingle-mindedly dedicated to the business model.
I firmly believed that it is really worthy. Your new PSAs will definitely feel that they are warmly welcome to the SFI family.
Individual welcome letter is being addressed with their name mentioned on it so it would also make them more important and valuable, while a group mail is considered so general as it may only be address with a Dear All or To All or sometimes none.
Hello there,
It is worthwhile, to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs, it is more effective.
I used to send just group mail, for wellcome letter but a lot of people don't see it, so inndividual mailing is better.
Also, i suggest you, to send all of them mail, in post they use.
All the best..

From my point of view, the only letter of welcome to the new PSA is the best solution. Also why put yourself in the shoes of those who receive a personalized letter to say that the other side is a natural person who is talking to you and start a relationship that will continue over time. Create a simple letter: Enter a few words as a welcome first steps to get started, follow the instructions above SFI and the best way to communicate to you! There is time then to other topics if he will answer! Not a letter from a generalized program commonly PC! The first solution that gives more security, at the beginning when you feel a bit 'lost!
