Hello there,
great question.
My best advice is to your MRP points use for buying TC credits, and get VP points, and get higher status in SFI!
Best tip is to collect 126 MRP > buy 1 TC > pay with 126 MRP > GET 1 TC, 5 MRP, AND 102 VP!
Great dill right?
Also if u have more MRP you can change it in the same way, 1260 MRP > BUY 10 TC> get 10*102= 1020 VP! And that 10 tc you can use also on DP auction, and get new 100 MRP!
Good luck!

Hey, great and very important question.
First of all, lets see what is serious person, in SFI bussines?
-Person who log on SFI EVERY DAY.
-Person who find PSA, and build team, or try to do it.
-Person who care about it's Downline.
-Person who improve it's status, for becoming team leader or more.
-And finaly person who's ready to invest in this job,for better future.
If you think you PSA OR CSA have all of this characters, or most of them, than you can say your PSA OR CSA is succsesful, but if he/she doesn't, try to help them.
Wish you all the best.

Hello,
intersting question.
Firt of all you have to know, that you wont always spend the same percentage of yout time by doing this.
In first few months you have to work more harder, more productive, to most of you time spend on learning, reading, and of course adwertising.
I spend my first 2 months just for reading, to meet SFI, to meet Triplecliks, and to find all intersting things.
It wasn't hard at all.
Then most of my team i spent on advertising, and finding new PSA.
That should be your goal, expecialy in firts month ..
Good luck,
Good bless you.

Three strategies have worked well for me; combining them will even yield greater results:
1. Advertising and working our warm market;
2. Using websites, blogs, press releases an other web publishing tools as back doors to the major social media websites
3. Joining Marketing and MLM Groups within those Social Media Websites
4. Posting Banners in Safelists, Traffic Exchanges and Click of Credit sites
5. Solo email marketing through safelists, Traffic Exchanges
6. Using downline builders and traffic rotators
7. Paid advertising. This last one may be expensive. It requires that a clear strategy and sound tactics be used, to make it cost effective.

It is worthwhile, to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs, it is more effective.
I used to send just group mail, for wellcome letter but a lot of people don't see it, so inndividual mailing is better.
Also, i suggest you, to send all of them mail, in post they use.
All the best..

Hi there,
blog about SFI is more easy way to promote SFI, and advertise your business. But it is also great way for promoting, just chose best plase to make it, i can refere you blogger, or weebly. The most important thing is to be without a lot of text, just in few sentences describe jour offer.
But making regular hosted website, is more effective way, becouse there is more possibility to promote all you want in one place.
Anything you make, any way of advertising you use, be optimist, and do your best, to promote it. That is most effective way to promotoe SFI - advertising.

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Hey, everyone can be a SFI Team Leader.
1. Make Time to Interact with Your People
While it's true that management involves a certain amount of direction and problem-solving, top managers realize a significant part their role also involves coaching their employees and facilitating better performance. It seems simple enough, but it's not always easy to pull off. It requires a sincere commitment to on-going interaction with your people, and this takes time. Interact with your people--become familiar with your employees' talents and limitations and give them the tools and encouragement they need to succeed. Listen to them. Encourage them, provide them with guidance, respect their efforts and ask questions to get a feeling for what motivates them.
2. Trust Your Common Sense
There is no end to the lists, tools, and resources you can find to help you improve as an entrepreneur. But you already have within you the most important tool you need to be a remarkably effective leader: your own common sense. Listen to your inner voice when your sensibilities are challenged, and let your sense of fairness be your guide whenever possible.
3. Acknowledge Performance, But Reward with Discretion
Everyone likes rewards. People feel that their efforts are appreciated when they are rewarded. You should clearly communicate want you want employees to achieve, and always acknowledge their efforts. But consider rewarding them only when they consistently exceed your expectations.

How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?

Hello there,
I would like to share a working example of duplication in action. Any active network marketing business owner will be faced with this at some point in their career, so let set the scene.
The network marketer contacts one of their prospects to discuss the idea of the prospect becoming a network marketing business owner, the prospect responds with “Yes, that sounds great, but, are you making any money?”
How should the network marketer respond to this question?
You will notice that we don’t know if the network marketer in this example is incredibly successful or if they are brand new to the business. In either case, the response is critical, and in either case it should be the same. You see, we teach by doing. In MLM people will need to be able to duplicate your efforts.
So, the wrong response would be “Yes, I’m making xxx thousand a month and it’s great, you should look at it!” Why is this wrong? Quite simply, it cannot be duplicated. The new network marketer will not be able to say this to their prospects, at least not honestly.
The correct response would be “My upline team are incredibly successful, they have developed large organisations and we are working together to find more like minded people to work with” Why is this correct? Again, very simple, it can easily be duplicated! The new network marketer can use this exact same technique in their business.
This is just one working example, there are many, many situations where duplication and the ability to duplicate need to be considered. The principle of duplication must be taught very early on in the network marketing business owner’s career if they are to succeed and achieve and experience rapid growth in their organisation
