This is an interesting question.

Well, as we look at the SFI web site there are very good steps that any one could be attracted. Firstly some people look for the free registration which is found in the SFI, secondly they find it is well organized and well planned with the necessary tools such as start up, basics and the launchpad for understanding the SFI marketing business.

As for the conviction people build up is, when they see their friends and / or family members seriously working to advance, specially to earn the VersaPoints to the higher level daily. They also observe the number of badges others earn in order to gain high rank becoming team leaders.

TripleClicks and information about the price benders and other auctions are other attractions to most people. This is my simple way of looking at this question.

What convinced me to join was the fact that SFI was free to join and had extensive training materials. Another reason was because I did not have to invest any money until I could actually afford to and I was still making a few cents commission. SFI is the best affiliate marketing program on the internet. It is a business that you can work at your own pace, invest money if you can afford it. If you can't afford to invest money, you can still build a profitable business, it just may take a little while longer to see the return you want to see. While you have the liberty in this business of Working from Home, It also gives you the opportunity to stay away from boredom after your regular job hours if you already have a job.
We almost do shopping and spend lot of hours in the malls. Imagine chit chatting with family and do the shopping at home and get the benefits of commissions on your own shopping too. Imagine that you have your own mall at home where you sell out to the people sitting back at home, fulfilling the orders received and that too without hiring any shop. This becomes win- win situation for you.
And when you build the team under you of active people, you can not imagine the residual income it will generate for you and your family, even after quitting your regular job.

People like anything that they dont have to spend money, registering for free is one big advantage to make people join SFI.
Secondly being your own boss is something most people dream of, the fact that no one is there to command and boss you around is very appealing.
Thirdly you get to work at any time of the day at your own pace and time.

The things about SFI that most convince people to join, is the ability to have their own opportunity of income in their own hands and not a day to day job. Also, believing that there is a legitimate company of like minded people looking for that same opportunity, will give someone the curiosity to venture into SFI. Sometimes, knowing they're not alone is that little bit of an edge a person will need providing they are really serious.

As per my observation, the biggest and most attractive feature is the JOIN FREE part of this business as many fear scams with investments and realize joining free will not harm them in any way. Other than that I personally noticed it is the enthusiasm with which one conveys one's own experience and success with the business, being honest about how it may take time to build. While the building process is in place it must be made clear there are other means through which you can learn to stream you way around, although slow but steady. I cannot say for sure if there is a fixed thing except the one I mentioned about joining. Different people are attracted to different features, so we must try to list in all the things that might be helpful in attracting a newbie and work on those keeping in mind what had attracted us in the first place.
