What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

Being new myself and trying to gain proper understanding of how things move here, I noticed one of my PSA was interested but wasnt responding or logging in. Since the person was from my own country I called the person and found out that it was confusing to him how to get started even. With a little explanation he got started although slow.
All Im trying to say is a little bit of personal interest as required may do the trick.
All the best.
How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

Hi!
I'm sure most of us have watched TV game shows. Noticed how the players are guided by their team with the do and donts to get to their goals faster? I think the sponsor and affiliate relationship is more or less the same, guide them when you see them lag behind, give them helpful tips - and if you feel that just a little push might help them succeed you could offer a gift certificate as per your ability.
Simplicity in conversations helps one understand quickly. So begin by explaining SFI in the simplest terms you can and then continue watching and guiding when and where required.

As per my observation, the biggest and most attractive feature is the JOIN FREE part of this business as many fear scams with investments and realize joining free will not harm them in any way. Other than that I personally noticed it is the enthusiasm with which one conveys one's own experience and success with the business, being honest about how it may take time to build. While the building process is in place it must be made clear there are other means through which you can learn to stream you way around, although slow but steady. I cannot say for sure if there is a fixed thing except the one I mentioned about joining. Different people are attracted to different features, so we must try to list in all the things that might be helpful in attracting a newbie and work on those keeping in mind what had attracted us in the first place.

Hello,
This is a question on every affiliates mind I think. The best way in my opinion is to first think back when you had joined SFI. What were the questions you had in mind and how/what did you wish to know about your sponsor and the business, what kind of guidance did you anticipate... Treading the same lines, I think we must put together our introductory letter to our PSA's - putting ourselves in their place. That way you might be able to address a beginner's query to a considerable extent.
Wishing you success.
