I think the important thing here is that maybe your current PSA's and CSA's aren't doing as much as you'd hoped for but that doesn't mean future signups won't.

As long as you keep recruiting (and don't quit) you will eventually find people who will understand what a great opportunity this is and will work for it.

Having said that, you can still be very successful just working TripleClicks. remember that you make a commission from everything that you sell at TC, even if it is another ECA's listing.

But keep advertising because that's where the residual income is.

Always is possible to be successful, only will need more time and more effort if we have many inactive affiliates.The simple fact that we are not giving up, make us more successful that 80% of affiliates.
Be sure you are always doing the best you can, for motivating your PSA and CSA ( team mails, E-cards, tips and suggestions..)award them for their progress ( Gift certificate, transfer TCredits...)put on Team Contests for your team, so you will increase the activity of all your team, and maybe you will wake up some of them who was asleep.
Remember, your success depend of you, your application and effort, and many inactive affiliates should be your motivation to do it better, apply harder and try to find the way to motivate them to become active.

Absolutely. There are many ways you can make money with SFI, but successful team is a very good bonus.
You can not force someone to work and makes money if he does not want to, but you can continue with advertising and collecting new members who want to work.
In addition, you can open your own online store and sell products that you have or have someone else in your local area. You can advertise specific products, product groups or entire triplecliks and have profit from it, participate in sweepstakes and much more, but the basic idea is to never stop getting new members, even when you make a good success and good payout on earnings.

First off to begin with, a succinct answer to your question would be two-folded.

One would be NO it is impossible to be successful in SFI when your Downline do not work, while the other would be YES it is verily possible to be successful in SFI even when your Downline do not or have stopped working .

But conspectus has to be dealt with so we understand what we are dealing with.

Downline consist of our PSAs, CSAs, generation etc.
SFI as a venture is built on bond; a tie that circulates among Affiliates; a family where one's input affects others therefore when one earns, another earns and likewise.

Duplication is a very imperative and powerful way of earning income in SFI. When we duplicate and our PSAs and CSAs do likewise, our income increases astronomically but everyone has a drive which propels one to act. Invariably, you can not compel your PSAs and CSAs to be active when they become sluggard and inactive.
Reaching out to them by sending a team mail is a good way to goad them but that shouldn't be done over and over again.
When they completely stop working or do not work, do not worry as the process has to start all over again. Duplication should be a continuous process and who knows, you just might get five PSAs who are serious as you are and the rest is history though.

In the incunabula of my answer to your question, I stated out by saying it's impossible to be successful when your PSAs and CSAs do not work or have stopped working and that is anchored on the idea of duplication. No doubt SFI is a family, but when some family members become inactive, letting them be is the right thing to do in lieu of bugging them with incessant team mail, etc.
From the aforesaid, it's obvious that if you place your priority on just one income earning method (Duplication), it would be impossible to be successful in SFI when your PSAs and CSAs do not work or stop working.

The second fold to the answer which dissents strongly with the first and which in my opinion has a better standing does not only focus on PSAs and CSAs.
The fulcrum is, SFI represents multiple income earning platforms and keeping your mind on that saves not just the day but saves one from worries of inactive PSAs and CSAs.
I'm sure you know that when you refer buyers to our TripleClicks store and they purchase a product, you get commissions? How about referring companies, persons, etc to set up an ECA store on SFI? You also get income from that!

There are many ways to increase our income and become successful in SFI apart from duplication and when we go out there to get people to purchase products and set up their own ECA store on TripleClicks, we become flippant and a little bit free like a kid let loosed in the proverbial candy shop that we don't get anxious about inactive PSAs and CSAs. That way we get to advertise massively offline and online to recruit Affiliates. When they have been recruited, you shouldn't forget to mentor them to duplicate your effort so that you can earn VP and commissions from their activities.
So PSAs and CSAs who do not work any more wouldn't be a problem, going out there and applying the rules of SFI on all platforms make the difference and do not forget also to buy several units S-Builder Co-op monthly to guarantee you quality sign ups.

Bottom-line, you shouldn't worry about PSAs and CSAs who do not work as you will be successful if you are actively involved in the other ways to earn on SFI. And I do not say you should not duplicate but when your PSAs and CSAs become inactive, do not worry about that as you would still be successful if you have the other parameters in place.

And do not forget to always duplicate as you can not give up. Be actively involved in all the ways to earn on SFI.

The first question to ask here is why have your PSAs and CSAs stopped working? If they truly have, then something may be wrong with your sponsorship. The first point of call therefore is YOU. Find out what is wrong with the way you are supporting your affiliates then fix it. After that, you can then turn your attention to your individual affiliates to see how you can help them to commence working their SFI business real good.

Yes! It is absolutely true that you can be successful in SFI even if your PSAs and CSAs have stopped working. That is because if your PSAs and CSAs have stopped working, you will lose income from only ONE very vital income stream whereas you can still be earning money from at least THREE other income streams besides that one. That is the singular reason why you can still succeed in SFI even if your PSAs and CSAs have stopped working.

Having said all that, I am quick to add here that it is always best to earn income in SFI from ALL the available income sources. It is therefore not advisable to lay back and relax if your PSAs and CSAs are not working. Even though you can succeed without the income from that one source, you will succeed better if you are able to earn income from ALL the available sources including income from the activities of your PSAs and CSAs. That is why you must try to get your PSAs and CSAs back to work through resourceful and meaningful sponsorship if and when ever they stop working. That is the best advice I can give in the circumstance.

You can actively advertise for TripleClicks Sales and TC Referrals for your VP and Commissions, and open an ECA, or a put up a variety of Private Members Listings from which you can generate a stream of income. You can also ensure you have the maximum entries in the Daily Grand and regularly enter the other contests for prizes, such as T-Time, or the Zebra Games. There are many ways to achieve success within SFI if you are determined.

You can continue on encouraging your inactive PSA's as some have been known to become active after prolonged periods of time. Send them geology messages outlining your success stories, and suggestions on how to build up their SFI Business, With you continued and persistent encouragement, they may just come around.

I sure hope it is because I'm in the same situation. Personally I've realized that I have to work from the beggining after 4 month. I thought I have a great team, but it was otherwise. I realized I have only 2 PSA's that I can work with, in the begining of this month I had had 97. first thing I did clear my genealogy, put down all that doesn't work so I can see the ones that are really working. and now I'm more deterinated to start with new affiliates. the hardest thing was to admit myself that I have so many affiliates that don't work, and that in some period of time maybe I failed as sponsor. looking back I tried to help each and everyone of them and they all quit in the beggining or after month or two. I tried to talk with them, offered help, send TC, it did't help. so now I'll look for new ones, keep up with those who are here. So really hope if we are doing our best that it is possiblle. simpy don't want to think in the other direction. we can do that.
