Assemble the right circle of people. Build a downline of affiliates with different backgrounds and experience, so everyone has a large pool of talent to draw from when he or she encounters a problem.

Set affiliates up for success. Share your strengths and areas of expertise, and let affiliates know how you can help them. At the same time, communicate your own goals so your affiliates understand what you're looking for and how they can contribute.

Coach your affiliates. When you're helping affiliates in your downline, remember who needs a little pushing and encouragement, and who might need only basic support.

Always maintain a positive attitude and focus on what affiliates need to be doing in order to succeed.

Set an example. Have a clear vision and share it with everyone in your downline. If you aren't focused on your mission, other affiliates won't know how to help you.

The best way to begin a new month in SFI and achieve success is actually not as hard as it seems.

1st Try to setup an standing order of 1500 VP earlier in the month so you have the rest of the month concentrate on building your business.

2nd Try to complete all monthly tasks to get them out of the way.

3rd Make sure you finish daily and weekly task for those easy VPs,double or triple check your ledger everyday before logging out.

4th Check your previous month's goal to see what you done or didn't get done and see what you need to do to reach that goal. Don't set your goals to high that you can't reach them so you won't be disappointed. Take baby steps if need be.

5th Advertise everyday, do something different in advertising than what you done last month.

Yes, yes it possible to be successful in SFI even when your PSAs and CSAs don't work or have stopped working.
Most important is that you don't stop working!!

This is your business and you are the one that's going to make it successful no matter what. Get your game plan together and jump in there with both feet. The best free method for attracting and sponsoring new affiliates would be simple as "word of mouth". I tell everybody I know about how great SFI is and how easy you can start up with a free website, complete training and 24hr support. Then I go on and tell them how with just a few hours a week, they could maybe change their lives and future.
