This is how I see it, Vehbi, DON'T LIMIT YOURSELF!
As difficult and frustrating as it can be, limiting yourself to only English-speaking affiliates is not the way to go. Reality is what it is. You are a Global Marketing Affiliate, and as such, part of YOUR education will be to make the proper adjustments necessary to make your business run more smoothly.
I agree with some of the other responses. However, let me add that YOU should make it a priority of informing all of your non, or very limited English-speaking downline members, understand they can use the TRANSLATORS that are at the bottom of every page here at SFI and TripleClicks.
Remember, it's your business, so you must seize full control.
