Yes, you should try to recruit also non-English speaking/reading affiliates. In fact, you should not only try. Aim for it as you aim to recruit knowledgeable, financially able and experienced affiliates.
SFI business is open to everyone, hence, it should be open to all non-English speaking prospects and/or affiliates, too. In my opinion, the most important qualifications in joining SFI are: interest, passion and perseverance. These 3 reasons alone compel anyone to strive hard, to do his best and to ignore negativity. Although good online and offline marketing knowledge, financial capability and good English speaking ability are enough factors to be successful in SFI, the absence of interest, passion and perseverance would somehow creep in once a good flow of income is not sustained.
If one has interest in SFI business, he will find means to augment his shortcomings in English language. For sure, he would find someone from among his friends who knows English and would ask him in their mother tongue of which both of them are conversant.
If anyone has passion doing routine works for which most of SFI activities are done, his interest would be increased and would think of ways to hone his passion in a way that is unique to him.
Since the one who has both interest and passion to do SFI daily activities, he would find ways to approach his “warm market” to make his initial sales. Once he gains support from his “warm market”, his feeling of fulfillment in his own way would elevate his zest and enthusiasm, hence, he would persevere and continue his efforts towards gaining knowledge, good working relationships, good business connections and embrace all chances of business opportunities.
