In my opinion this question even shouldn't be asked! You know great football and basket teams? They are a mix of different people from different nations that don't speak the same language,and they still have amazing results. Just like we, here, in SFI!
SFI is a global business and restrict only to the English-speaking world can significantly reduce our success in building a team. In SFI we have many examples of people who are not from Eng. speaking areas, from all parts of the globe who have achieved great success (there are some among the diamond leaders). In our work is not so important the language, but the desire, persistence, diligence and willing to learn. Through daily work on our business and with a desire to learn and progress .... language is not and should not be a barrier !
There is always a way to get close and interact with such members: google translator, a2a help of friends from the same country who speak English, skype contact with the translator ...
Our desire and effort to get closer to such members,to estabilish a contact and help them, will surely have a positive impact on their activity as well as on our success as a team leader.
