- to put in e-mail a "reading confirmation" to make sure that message is received and read
- not iinclude any of pictures, phrases like FREE, SFI, etc. because this automatically goes in spam folder (and receiver might skip them)
- look for a reply of some sort, like Pleaswe contact me if need of any help etc.
