You need to prepare the messages in a word processing program, then cut and paste the completed text in the field provide for compose.

For sending messages to PSAs

Select Power tools -> PSA Mailer Menu for communicating to personally sponsored affiliates.

For sending messages to CSAs

Select Power tools -> PSA Mailer Menu for communicating to co-sponsored affiliates.

For sending both PSAs / CSAs

Select Home -> Stream Menu , then with option PSAs & CSAs for communicating to personally sponsored affiliates and co-sponsored affiliates.
