Because there are no fees paid to join SFI the number of individuals we will get as PSAs are huge. Each of these individuals has an interest in the business but many after starting either do not see the big picture or just do not have the time to move on. The fact no one is automatically dismissed for not being active within a short while, leaving sponsors/co-sponsors in a quandary especially when they have a large amount of inactive PSAs,CSAs.
Option 1 - concentrate on your small number of EAs and teach to develop EAs themselves, since they are the ones that will bring you the benefits. The large bunch of inactive PSAs you may choose to ignore.
Option 2 - pay attention to all PSAs inclusive of your EAs.
My choice will be option 2 since it is possible that inactive PSAs can become activated and unleash potential that you never knew existed. For example, if 5% of an inactive bunch of 100 becomes active, this will result in bumper rewards for the sponsor/co-sponsor. On the other hand if for some reason, one or two of your EAs lose enthusiasm or drop out, your business can be tremendously affected.
In any case, there is not much to loose by supporting all your PSAs since that is needed is:-
i) regularly updating your Leadership Page with your blogs, tips, etc.
ii)sending out your PSA mailers which goes out to both active and inactive PSAs at
the same time and
iii)sending individual emails to the few active EAs dealing with specific issues and
instructions.
I hope this will help.
