Great question Ryan.

Depth is where the money is.

You can have hundreds or even thousands of PSA's in your first generation but this creates more work for you.

You have to keep track of what they are doing and then contact them to encourage them. You have to answer all the questions that they have. And they will all be at different levels of understanding.

I would prefer to do both sponsoring hundreds of new PSAs every year and teaching/supporting smaller number of EAs to form their own team of EAs.

Network marketing is a numbers game. You can’t just focus on sponsoring hundred of new affiliates every year and leave to uncertainty the training of smaller number of EAs to expand your network.

You need to stick to the concept of SFI BASICS to build your SFI business on the right foundation:

1. It is a nice and important question as your strategy is based on this very fact. In my opinion recruiting hundreds or thousands of PSA is very important. It is good to keep recruiting them on a regular basis, as you may never know when you might come across a diamond among the rock of stones.

In my opinion, quality is always better than quantity. That said, a better goal is to teach smaller numbers of EAs to each develop EAs themselves. Then take that a step further and teach your EAs how to become Team Leaders and how to develop Team Leaders themselves.

Hi Ryan, I think there is just only one way to get people under you in SFI; and that is by sponsoring. To teach a small number of EAs as you said will start with sponsoring them first. Only when they become your PSAs that you can now talk of teaching or helping them to achieve EA status. So your goal should be sponsoring. The following are ways through which you can acquire new PSAs:

1. Get new PSAs from Pricebender auctions.
2. Buy PSAs from tripleClicks PSAs TO GO.

I feel that you must sponsor PSAs regularly to help you pick up EAs who will become active and then work towards building their own team. Both functions work simultaneously.

Your goal must therefore be to sponsor and support and when this happens you get a balance of achieving both goals.

If your goal is to sponsor 5 PSAs each year then you are limiting your EAs to 5 or less. However, if you sponsor 500 PSAs in one year, your chances of having more EAs are higher than 5.

I believe you should try to achieve both goals: teach your active EAs to develop their own teams and continue to sponsor hundreds of affiliates. This is why:

If you already have a small number of active EAs you can teach them to duplicate your actions until you feel they are ready to take on greater responsibilities. Once they show their commitment, you can reward them by transferring some of your active affiliates to their team so that they can become Team Leaders and reap the benefits

Recruiting hundreds of new PSAs each year is a great goal so long as you are able to cope with SPONSORING them: teaching them, encouraging and motivating them.

Not all those who you recruit will be active PSAs and we all know that a large percentage of them will do nothing. Recruiting can be an expensive activity, financially and time wise, so there is a need to strategize to achieve your goals.

First...You should sponsor a lot of new PSAs every year because this is network marketing...and it is a numbers game! The more people you sponsor, the greater the number of future EAs you will find.
