This is a very good question if you are interested in direct marketing or 1 to 1. Try to exercise with your friends or with someone with whom you are very close, to avoid stage fright that might occur in a conversation with a stranger. Read a lot of literature, read biographies of famous and successful people, you will certainly be easier when you see that many of them had the same problem. With full exercise all this can be overcome.
In an interview would not be hard, boring or offensive, you have to be relaxed and tell them what you do, explain to them in an informal conversation as you helped this business and how they can benefit from it.
