Maximizing the Bronze Team Leadership benefits has been confirmed to be more easier with an active team. Your team activities in the program determines the width of your benefits.
Assuming your immediate team comprises of 10PSAs who has 5PSAs each who will qualify for at least EA each month then you are good to go with making your Team leader easily.
100VP from each of your 10PSAs that will qualify for EA gives you a 1000VP leaving you with 2000VP to be gathered.
A standing order of 125Tcredit gives you 1500VP. Bidding in the auction and playing the PTP and other games.
Now you might want to consider your first 1000VP to be constant but how about the remaining 2000VP.
Playing the Eager Zebra game, Time machine, PTP and auction will get you more Tcredit to get your VP. Assuming each day you win the Eager Zebra and PTP twice or thrice. If you have a share of 40Tcredit per win then you should assume about 160Tcredit, which will give 160VP and few MRP. In weeks time you'll find out you have your 2000VP ready for getting you BTL.
All the benefits acquired can be directed towards buying S Builder Co op, More PSAs, encourage the former PSA who have been ensuring the 1000VP. I think a gift certificate of at least 5dollars could go a long way each month or bimonthly.
