If it's someone who loves to shop online, you could say:

I am attaching a Gift Card so that you can become a member and find the most awesome bargains on the internet."
If it's someone who loves auctions or games, you could say:
"I know how much you love games and auctions. Well, I have the very best site for penny auctions, where you can win many brand name products at great discounts. To get you started, I am attaching a Gift Card with some credits that you can use towards your first auction or to participate in some of the games. Good luck!"
If it's someone who wants to sell their unwanted items, you could say:
"I'm a member of a wonderful store on the internet, called TripleClicks, where you can host your very own garage sale! Once you become a member, you'll get your own page where you can list all the items you want to sell. I'm attaching a Gift Card with some credits to help you get started."
If it's someone who would like to open an online or ECA store, you could say:

If it's someone who loves music, you could say:

You could end your message with:
