So before setting up a team contest, you should be well aware of the status of your team(No. of AFF's/EA's/TL's in previous & current month). I'd suggest you to do a proper planning & then prepare the contest set-up accordingly.
For best results, promote all contests you set up. Use the PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, TeamTalk, TeamMail, or other communication method. Send them here, to your Leadership Page, for details.
