Although SFI has many good team leaders who make every possible effort to help their downlines, I believe that the best example of a truly successful leader at SFI would be Gery Carson, perhaps because he is the most visible leader we have.
Despite all his years of success, he still takes time out of his busy schedule to check out the Forum and answer questions. We feel his presence every single day. He is continuously looking for ways to improve and create a friendly workplace where we feel protected and secure. He is also constantly finding new and more practical ways for us affiliates to take our businesses to the next level.
For me, that is the perfect example of a successful and hands-on leader. We should all try to emulate him as best we can since, in the end, we all share the same goals: to earn more money and make SFI and TripleClicks the best and most reputable businesses on the internet.
This means that all team leaders should have that same profound knowledge of SFI and communicate it correctly and in simple terms to their downlines. Not only that, they also need to inspire and motivate their teams by being persistent without being too pushy. Successful leaders should instill trust in their downlines and show them that they care for everyone's bottom line, not just their own.
