A question that will be certainly have huge importance to many active and enthusiastic affiliates. As a leader of my team, I understand the following criteria are very important.
1. A leader leads by example. A successful leader knows that the people in his team always follow his actions.
2. A leader must have knowledge about every aspect and products that directly or indirectly related to SFI. He must be able to solve any query cam into his notice from his down lines.
3. Should always share new tricks and tactics with his team. He must understand the growth is completely attached to the growth of his team.
4. Must step forward immediately to help any team member when ever they find any difficulty with SFI.
5. Must circulate any new news or changes happen in SFI as soon as he can. This shows how active is he.
6. He must understand each and every section of compensation plan properly. Because this is a zone where many people get stuck. Once he understands the compensation plan, he can easily plan his roads to success.
