To my understanding, a superstar in this sense is the person who climbs the ladder in Sfi to the highest rank i.e.becoming a Platinum leader and then go on to maintain it from month to month. This does not mean he must have spent a whole lot of years in the program before attaining it and he musn't be a novice either. He is a person who understands very well how Sfi and every of its organs works. He is able to manipulate Sfi tools to build a very solid and productive team which other teams will be jealous of. Needless to say he rakes in large sum of money as income from month to month. Infact he must have explored and used all that is found in Sfi successfully i.e. TrippleClicks sales and purchases, PriceBenders biddings and predictions of biddings, Setting up standing orders,S builder,IAHBE membership,refferal programs, etc. In fact if there is anything like Mr.Sfi or TrippleClicks, he deserved to be called so.In a nutshell,he is a seasoned entrpreneur that could provide answer to any puzzling question that regards entrepreneurship.
Now, how does he become a superstar? The answer is simple: He follows Sfi rules of success, he is not too greedy for money. The reason many affilates stop suddenly is because of get-rich-quick syndrome or greed embedded in them. Affiliate business requires that one be patient, determined, steady and confident. Superstars are also ready to invest and ready sometimes to loose. He must invest both time and money in a ratio of 60:40.He must be a good manager of human and capital resources. He must not neglect anyone no matter how low in status. He learns very fast therefore he is a reader who has garnered a wealth of experience.
