I personally feel that we must get ourselves to get a grasp and a good understanding of the bigger picture about what SFI is all about.
We must clearly understand our role. The simple bottom line must first be instilled in all of us.
I have made up for myself what I believe SFI is all about and what my role is in this business and I want to share it with you:
? TripleClicks is the backbone of our company.
? My main role is to market and sell TripleClicks's products.
? To improve my marketing and sales:
? I must build a team of people who must also market and sell TripleClicks's products.
? My team members must build their own teams to market and sell the products.
? I must support, coach and assist my team members in doing that.
? To fully share in the different income streams created by the sales of TripleClicks's products, I must become an Executive Affiliate and stay an Executive Affiliate.
? And here are the "make it or fail it" deal: I must motivate, coach, assist and support my team members to also become Executive Affiliates and to do what I am doing.
Never let all the smaller overwhelming detail about SFI, makes you loose focus of this bottom-line-role of yours, in our company.
