The best way to stay in contact with your PSA's and CSA's is through the genealogy mailer system provided by SFI.

It take no more effort to send 1 email than it does to send thousands.

Sending them a newsletter once per week should be sufficient. Any more, and some people might look at it as harassment of some kind, and you don't want to get them upset about too much email.

I feel direct contact through Skype, phone, or instant messaging should only be done if requested

The simplest answer would be - wherever they are needed. But at least once a week by a team email.

Furthermore, the maintenance of constant contact:

- Regular e-mail

- Internal SFI chat

- SFI internal e-mail

- An invitation to participate on your blog / website

- Invitation to participate in co-op

- Invitation to participate with you on social networks

- To organize incentives and competitions

In brief,

The main way I keep in contact with my PSAs and CSAs is through the SFI team mailer and my leadership page. With the team mailer you can send messages to your whole team, both PSAs and CSAs. A once a week team mail is one of the requirements for maintaining your team leader status. You can also address members individually as needed. And then 3 times a month you need to post to your leadership page. I will usually write in my team email when I make my leadership page post as this does not go

The best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs are:

1. Through the Genealogy team mailer/PSAs mailer/CSAs mailer;
2. Through Skype, SFI chat, Yahoo/Msn messengers, telephone calls;
3. Through the creation of SFI group in FB, Google plus and other social media;
4. Through group meetings/discussions when these PSAs and CSAs are just your friends, relatives, and neighbors.

On the question of how often is the best, it should normally be done weekly unless there

Stay in touch through your Genealogy Tab on the Hot Spots link on top. Learn how to manipulate the people you want to contact: i.e. Under 500 VP'rs - People that haven't logged on in a long time. Then write them in a way that lets them know you are watching them ... everyday. Tell them you are watching them. Ask them questions that let them know you are a real person who is observing the actions they are taking.

Start your Top Line with something provocative like: ~FIRSTNAME~ I am

The best ways to contact with PSAs and CSAs are:

1) Through genealogy group mailer, PSAs mailer and CSAs mailer.

2) You can stay in contact with them also by their mobile phone, skype, YM or any chatting media.

3) If your CSAs and PSAs are within your locality, You can invite them for a small gathering as sort of bonding.

In own experience I'll contact them at least weekly or just send them genealogy group mailer every week. Separate the message of

Nice question Eva.
The ways i use to keep in constant contact with my PSA's/CSA are:-
1. Through our Genealogy, we can send a team mail sharing ideas and tips
2. Through Facebook and other social media website they belong to at an agreed time by both parties involved.
3. Through SFI chat
4. By the use of Skype as one gets to talk one-one with the affiliate and would be able to give immediate advise and feedback regarding SFI and its products.
Also, being that SFI is

I think the best ways to stay in contact with your PSA's and CSA'a and how often is:-

Twice weekly through the SFI Mailer
Three times weekly through the Stream on the To -do list bar.
On the SFI instant mailer when they have just started and you can see they are on-line.

Also you can contact PSA's and CSA's via email or should they have Skype this is also possible however it is most important to have consistency and always try to be prompt when responding to

I don't think there can be suitable answer for this question. One has to act according to the team and its members. A team has PSAs/CSAs who are active and inactive.Interested and disinterested. and so on.

For me my team is my business and my business totally depends on my PSAs and CSAs and their progress.My team is a very young one(we are all 3 month old kids in SFI) and team is learning the ropes just now. I have learnt from SFI "Work with the Workers" and so i concentrate

Well the best way to stay in touch with your downline is "Geneology".

There are three options we can use which suits our need:

TEAM MAIL: to access your downline on weekly basis - The best tool

CHAT : to access your downline for immediate action if they are missing out something and you are afraid that time will lapse.

REGULAR MAIL: to access your downline who are inactive or less active.

HOW OFTEN (Contact)?

For most
