Well the best way to stay in touch with your downline is "Geneology".
There are three options we can use which suits our need:
TEAM MAIL: to access your downline on weekly basis - The best tool
CHAT : to access your downline for immediate action if they are missing out something and you are afraid that time will lapse.
REGULAR MAIL: to access your downline who are inactive or less active.
HOW OFTEN (Contact)?
For most active affiliates: There is no limitation "AS FREQUENT AS NEEDED".
For moderately active affiliates: Once a Week through Team Mail.
For inactive/totally inactive : Once a month preferably through regular mail

It has been learnt that they might be taking one or more of the following actions:
1. Active Marketing & Advertising Campaigns - Outside the sphere of SFI/
2. Active Marketing & Advertising Campaigns - Inside SFI {S-Builder Co-ops}
3. Small - Huge Investment on Procurement of PSAs/CSAs
4. Active Participation in Pricebender Auctions of PSAs/CSAs
5. Maintaining their TeamLeader rank and getting huge share of 2nd Home CSAs each month

All depends how your Sponsor and Co-sponsor communicating with you.
If they are actively communicating with you then you just need to carefully act and reciprocate to their communication.
If they are not that actively communicating with you then you need to list out areas or training aspects and communicate with them on regular (weekly basis). Since they have travelled the path of success they can tell you how can you achieve the same success.
P.S: You should always keep in mind they could be huge downline with your Sponsor & Co-Sponsor and may be for this reason they are not able to communicate with you that frequently. So never close your door of communication with them.

There could possibly be few methods:
1. Sponsoring your friends/acquaintances/relatives: Before their joining SFI brief them comprehensively. A sort of motivation and encouragement would be more helping than to pushing them into this business. Sharing with them the real success of SFI.
2. Quality has to come from within the quantity. Keep instant contact with those who seems to be active/little active. Share with them marketing techniques/skill and teach them. Tell them how were you successful employing these techniques and skills,
This is will significantly enhance the quality level of your affiliates.

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

First we need to be clear on UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT.
Does this UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT includes the only condition that in the end they are bound to rate you high?
If it really be the UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT then one must not care for the rating. Yes but this unconditional support must be in line with SFI given guidelines.
You must continue to support them as a POLICY but there should not be any out of the way support.
Even you need not to prompt your PSA for any kind of improvement. I believe that would be little overdue.
Lets not shadow your good professional approach with any kind of sorrow or grief. I believe there must be more who would realize the importance of your support.
