Hi Eva,
There are a number of ways to stay in contact with PSA's and CSA's described below:
# Whenever a new PSA/CSA joins your team you should send a proper welcome message explaining the basic structure of SFI and how to get started.
# You should follow with a "Daily task tips" after the previous mail, which would explain their daily proceedings along with other features.
# You should send weekly newsletters containing, weekly points available, new updates, opportunities, blogs etc.
# You should be regularly encouraging and recognizing the ones who've qualified to any level(EA/TL) or won something.
# You should arrange regular contests, make them aware of the benefits regularly and provide the prizes within time. This will encourage them and spread a positive energy.
# If you receive 2nd home CSA's who're already with SFI for some time but not active now. You should emphasize over encouraging them and try to know the reason why they left and offer them every possible kind of assistance.
# If your PSA's/CSA's are inactive for almost a year and their affiliate-ship about to be cancelled, try to motivate them. Explain that there is no cost or purchase requirements to remain an SFI affiliate. Encourage all your affiliates to work at their own pace. After all, it's their business and all we ask is that they log in at the Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com) at least once a year.
# Most importantly whenever anyone of your PSA's/CSA's ask for any kind of help(small/big), don't ignore and try your level best to assist him/her as soon as possible.
# Finally I'd like to say that you can't really determine that how often is best. Once you start getting response from your downline in the form of mail replies or actions followed, be regular with them(movers).
There can be a lot of other ways as well depending upon the situation, so always try to be innovative and try to come up with something new. Be patient, helpful and dedicated to your team and you'll see the result.
Best of luck with your SFI business!
