I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

What I try to do is connect with them big leaders weather it be a2a or t-connect page I do my best to ask them some very important questions most do answer my questions though I don't know how true they can be but question I ask is how do they make 367 VP streak they say to do list etc. the stuff I already know BUT the real thing here is the large downline they have what their affiliates EA's TL etc are making these points under them what you call matching VP points all the leader really has to do

I have asked this question to. The only answer is DUPLICATION. I do invest in S Builder every month as well. Just find out what you are doing to get your numbers and keep doing it. Whatever you are doing that isn't working then stop and do more of your successful actions. The more opportunities you use through SFI will bring you more people

Becoming successful itself attracts lots of people to the program . I myself joined SFI after seeing my sponsor getting huge success here. He never approached me ,though we are very close relatives and initially I was in impression that my sponsor is wasting his time at SFI. But his success inspired me to join SFI .

Other then this ,cosistent support to team from leader gives security to it's downline and they keep growing team strength.

This is how good team leaders keep growing

Hello,
The answer is very simply.Referring a new affiliates in their own ways and do very successfully the nb 1 rule DUPLICATION in every possible field.Practically they got the point very well of this business.I am a part of such a big team and I have complete support from all my upline for anything I need anytime.I learn from them and build my downline the same successful way too.

To have a huge downline all we had to do is to duplicate and also be patient.Be patient in terms of recruiting others to join your team be kind and friendly to others when were doing that. Don't forget to duplicate. And also you can have a huge dowline by winning PSA's and CSA's at the pricebender auction.

I'm just few months in SFI,but so far, I understood that the Team Leaders who built huge downline work hard, they started as all of us.
In the mean time, they learned shortcut to PSA, payed to advertise themself so, they have tens of thousands of affiliates! I congratulate them with all of my heart!
We newbies) need to learn duplication, to do same thing!
So, what are we waiting for?

A good question my friend. However the question is not what do they do but why they think they should do it.

Unfortunately this is endemic within networking.

I call it the greed of the upline.

They are not following the rules of success that lesser mortals are advised to follow.

It is my belife that these supposed motivators actually put off new affiliates and are soley responsible for the glutch of inactive CSA's that we keep being fobbed off with.

SFI business is not a recipe for a quick buck, it was emphasized, and the first steps. To earn a lot of money to go up to three years. So, the advice, and for your question, patience, hard work and a lot of learning and action.

Always remember to work long term!
Everyday work and a lot of new lessons and tips, advertising and contacts.

Tho build a team, more so if we're taking thousands of affiliates. As to what these TLs are doing, I can guess that they have a tested and effective lead generation strategy. That could be a highly visible and high-converting lead capture page, a great advertising copy or both. Also there's the power of duplication. They would be very skilled at this and have learned how to effectively teach those under them. These factors combine to help them grow their team exponentially.

You are told about Duplication,in which they have been able
to get a grip on,Teach their down line how to,who teach their
down line,who teach their down line and it rolls on
