I do not think that we need to feel intimidated by people who sponsor tens of thousands of affiliates. The real question to ask here is, are all those affiliates active?

What these Team Leaders do to build such a large downline is that they have mastered marketing the business. They recruit many more affiliates than the rest of the group because they are very good at marketing and adverising.

The real question here is: how many of those tens of thousands of affiliates are actually active, and how many are dormant. Tens of thousands of affiliates mean nothing if they are not working the business and duplicating the sponsors efforts.

Well, i have heard it said that "successful people do not do different things, they simply do things differently." That in a nut-shell may just answer your question.

SFI to the best of my knowledge provides all affiliates equal opportunities in a level playing field. Even the rules are clear and they apply to all affiliates equally. These Team Leaders who happen to have tens of thousands in in their down-lines may simply be very good at what they do which in my opinion every affiliate is also allowed by SFI to do anyway. I have no doubt that these Team Leaders do the same things we all do as affiliates but they must have some skills for doing these things differently and better than many of us. That may account for why they are so successful.

That's a question I asked myself, too!!

I would say they have spent a good deal of time advertising - both thru SFI advertising and other outside sources - and have managed to land some very energetic, capable PSAs!!

I think they channeled most of their energy/time trolling for personal affiliates, tho, since those would be the ones whose accumulated VPs would go to one's own score.

To those with VERY large teams, I say Good Job! Congratulations to their success.

Mayhaps they would consider offering some of their tips on the Forum for those of us who aren't so talented in the advertising/recruiting areas, including me!

simply tell you that they believe in what they do, but in this context it is very simplistic example. These people invest like I do and buy fresh PSA.
If you go to work tripleclick the item and click on ads, you'll make easily realize that there are lending companies that sell fresh Tripleclick PSA.
But this is not enough. Once forfeited the fresh PSA must raise awareness, to reassure you that this site is safe, reliable and serious.
How to .....,?
I personally send them a letter below you can copy and customize:
Dear Affiliate ,
I know that overcoming the barriers of mistrust is not easy, because on the Internet there are a lot of scams and distrust of our findings .
I say that because I have I also have doubts about SFI , but then I said to myself : I have nothing to lose , the site is free . And so I started to study it.
To tell the truth, the structure of the site and its organization lead me to think that it is really an opportunity for gain. Let's face it the fraudulent sites are poorly made , slow to load , pure mirror for larks .
The Italian has a different mentality about these things , if you allow me , a little ' back from the Americans (who are by their nature less wary of the new) .
That said, after being joined SFI , today I can say that I am proud of and I made the right choice.
This type of work inevitably leads us to make the group, trying to educate the public , improve ourselves in the first person . The comparison is essential.
Maybe you have not yet realized the potential of this site , and you've been the victim of the initial disorientation . I counsel thee to beware the site, study it , and begin to understand how it works. No one asks you for money , it's free .
As of today , I am BTL and despite having more than 800 contacts only 20 actually work but just having only 5 active and working to start create an annuity.
Why only work on 800 affiliates in 20 ?
Just because in users to distrust prevails .
For this reason, a leader needs to reassure , explain and reassure franchisees , as well as I am doing with you , because my job position provides for this .
Do not throw this letter, if you decide to be one of us can edit and reuse it .

AS with any "expert" they are only a matter of time and patience ahead of others. In building a team they have probably recruited over a longer time scale than you and might even have budgeted for payments to increase their team building efforts.

In short they are only a matter of time ahead of anyone who can also duplicate their success at team building. It does help us though if we can quickly establish two way communication with our own teams and also get them to recruit as well as us.

Remember that becoming a Team Leader earns shares of CSAs, patronizing S-Builder coop as standing order earns bonus CSAs, and lead systems are great tool of capturing signups anywhere.

Affiliates who have financial resources of course can easily buy several units of S-Builder, Sign-ups packages for ECAs and winning pricebenders auction for PSAs and CSAs.

Because of the above, they become Top Enroller.

I think there are a few ways to
make that many team leaders,
namely
1. S-builders co-op
2.Put an ad on PTC program
3.Follow the auction PSAs / CSAS
4. Interesting concept.
To run this course in four ways
sizeable capital needed in order to arrive at a target. That's what I suggest, if you follow it I guarantee you will have millions of referrals to your team leader.

Buying affliates
Marketing and advertising on different sites for several hours a day
Working and posting on Social networking sites
There are endless options for adverting and marketing - just click on the marketing tab for ideas and come up with some of your own too.

Sure, there is nothing inherently wrong in having hundreds of personally sponsored affiliates on your team, but the key that those with a huge downline often miss is that the strategies used in getting "tens of thousands" in their downline lack one essential attribute – Duplication. The fact is, you don't need to sponsor tons of affiliates to be successful. Rather, you simply need to sponsor a handful of good people who DUPLICATE what you do.
