I am positively sure you are one of many with this question. It probably made you say wow! Those are super affiliates, and that's exactly who they are to have and maintain such massive down line of tens of thousands. One of the first things to consider is how long these individuals are doing this type of business, you may discover they are seasoned in it and have been around all the bends of Internet marketing until it becomes a way of life.

They started just where you started and grew over time simply by applying the techniques they learned from others who succeeded before them, and don't you think that it was ever easy to do like some people would want you to believe, it took a lot of hard effort to succeed even with things that are tested and proven to be the key to success.

The idea is, you have to be willing to apply those skills working them repeatedly everyday and watch the performance of every technique are using, the saying goes practice becomes perfect. Patience is a virtue if you can exercise it you will benefit, things does not always happen overnight, you have to stick with what you started even when it looks like you are not progressing, if your formula is right it will eventually bring you positive results in the long run.

One of the things to keep in mind is that to focus on your goal is one of the necessary keys to success. Goals are achievable when they are realistic, so set them within reach based on your ability to perform. Do not leave things to chance for nothing will happen, always work with a purpose in mind and stop at nothing to achieve your goal.

I am not (yet) in that wonderful category of having tens of thousands of affiliates on my team, but I am working towards it! :-)

It is my belief that leaders with large teams have done it through massive, effective advertising. It is my opinion that this cannot be done quickly with free advertising; it takes targeted, paid advertising.

Effective advertising means choosing an advertising medium that is specifically designed to get the attention of prospects who are very keenly interested in income opportunities. In my opinion, advertising to large groups of people is NOT effective if their interests are too general.

To find the best prospects for the SFI opportunity, you want to let them know before they sign up what to expect: it is an Affiliate Marketing opportunity that requires them to learn and apply recommended marketing methods. Income is not guaranteed: it depends on the individual.

You can get a lot of people to sign up by offering false promises, but then you will lose them as fast as you got them! What you want is quality, not quantity, and I believe that is possible only through advertising in the right places for the right types of prospects.

That usually means paying for advertising.

It is my belief that the SFI Team Leaders with large groups are doing massive advertising and they are most likely advertising in places that attract hot, hot, hot income opportunity prospects!

It is not a surprising thing that Team Leaders who have been working and are still working very hard has such numbers of downline.

I can tell you few on how one can come up width such downline.

1. Good marketing and advertisement. I bet they understand how this two things are better used. They understand how to get traffic to their websites, blogs, groups and many others

2. If any one as been participating in the pricebender auction. its very possible to have won very serious PSA's who could have won PSA's to in the same auction. Also the won PSA's too could have understood the marketing and advertising thing.

3. It is now possible to buy PSA's from prominent ECA members. I can decide to buy 500PSA this month, and who knows if 50 out 500 would become team leaders too there by increasing my downline exponentially.

4. How have you been treating you immediate downline. its easier for one of your downline to invite others due to how well you have been treating them, how much help you render, the contest you setup.

Its just true that its possible to have such huge downline if you know the correct way to do it and how to to do it.

As a team leader you will only be as successful as your Team.

We all start out when we first join SFI as newbies.
You do not need to fully understand SFI to begin with, just make sure to log in daily and participate with the to do list. Learning as you go.
Check all your emails and study the launch pad training.
Next make sure to read the answers from experienced members at the AskSC.

Promote promote. This is the back bone of your SFI business. Having a sales generating leads program to share and train your new team with.

I send all my down line to my ECA website. Where I offer advertising packages, plus I design websites with SFI training links, for all my down line to share with their down line. Giving access to every one 24/7 even when I am off line.

So many members get no support from their SFI sponsors when they first sign up.
I stress to all my down line to connect with new A2A members daily.
They will welcome your connection with your advice on how to participate and promote SFI daily.

Set aside half an hour daily to promote your SFI Gateway link with your tracking code at Traffic exchanges etc. I have listed at my dollarwise.ws Website.
I share with my Team what sites are great for producing results and new SFI members.
I always use tracking codes so I can see the results.

I make sure to send posts to all my Team Weekly Via the Geneology Tab.
I also make sure to click at the top right messages, Replying to all my down line questions. Plus any A2A members inquiries.

I ask every one in my team to do the same once they have developed their SFI business.

I have also heard about Team Leaders who have thousands of PSAs and CSAs in their teams. In fact, I belong to one of these teams which has more than 70 thousand members.

Basing from the advise of my upline team leaders, I found two things that are of basic foundations for a huge team building. These are money and time. The team leaders who now running a huge TEAM use their money and time for capital investment. Their ultimate goal is to stay in the income level which eventually leads to accumulation of thousands of PSAs and CSAs. The next thing that happens is the booming of DUPLICATION in their teams because they lead by example.

To make a further detail of what I am saying, here's what my upline team leaders have to say:

"1. Always be at least in the top leader board or 4,000+-VP every month to be able to acquire 40 to 50 CSA's every month.(Again, it's either you accomplish the to do lists with corresponding VP or earn more points by buying items at TripleClicks.com which will give you enough VP to have 1,500 VP each month). Check out top leader board last month to view the targeted VP you should earn to be in the top 300 leader board (take note that every time your CSA will buy in TripleClicks.com you will earn 15% of its commission volume)

2. Buying a unit of S-builder is still ok in the sense that if you get more PSA to buy in TripleClicks you earn 45% of the commission volume of the item he or she has bought.

3. Always support your PSA or CSA on how to run SFI business. Be open with their comments and questions to stimulate their enthusiasm towards SFI.

4. Engage in the auction for 50 CSAs to 100 CSAs on pricebenders at TripleClicks.com. The thing is if you win, you get freshly and newly enrolled CSAs who are eager to do the business.

Put this in mind. This is a business. You put more CAPITAL you get more PROFIT."

When i joined SFI, i initially had the same problem building a team. Contacting my upline was helpful as he gave me some valuable tips which i hope would help.

1. Telling friends, colleagues at one's place of work, family members and the unit you serve in the church about SFI, what i have benefited and what they plan to benefit when they join. Informing them that its not a get rich easy scheme.
2. Advertise in traffic exchange sites, both paid and unpaid.
3. Set up a standing order of at least 2 units of S-builder co-op pack monthly.
4. Teaching The 5 SFI basic rule t o my down liners and ensure they duplicate what i am doing.

With that, you would definitely get a reasonable number of PSA's that sign up and with that you can assign them to your most active PSA. Remember that once you are a team leader, you get marching versa points for active member that become EA and above

Such Team Leaders definitely treat their SFI business as a real 9 to 5 job - they are devoted to it. In other words, these people spend a lot of time building their own team. One of my up-line team leaders is a perfect example for it - he has an excellent website, a blog, and a forum on which he provides answers and unlimited support for his team, which includes webinars held twice a week. He has obviously devoted a lot of time and effort to attract potential members of his team and he is also an excellent example of a person committed to this work, because he has used every means possible to advertise his position in SFI. Building a strong team takes time and persistence. Whoever wants to do the same should follow not only this example, but also excellent working practice presented in Rules for Success.

There was a time when I pondered the same thing. "I have only a few in my downline and how can someone else have hundreds or thousands". But since I have been online for over 10 years, I have learned that being consistent with advertising every day is the key. Your group will grow initially in proportion to your level of activity.

Then as your group grows and they follow your lead and promote daily, their group grows and in turn, your group increases as well.

Just remember that all the big players started at the beginning just as you are. The only shortcuts in business are the ones you find as a result of your daily activity. But, stay at the job and your list will grow and your income will grow.

Some of them may have been in network marketing for a long time, and already have a list of people that they can send information to on a regular basis.

What they probably do differently is have a lead generation system setup whereby their capture email addresses of potential customers who have expressed an interest in network marketing.

Some people may have found great advertising sources where they can place their ads and get great results.

Some may buy signups, either from TripleClicks or other outside vendors.

What it comes down to is massive advertising to find people, and then followup with them to let them know about the opportunity.

It is a numbers game, and the more people who see your opportunity more than once, the better chance you have of recruiting them to SFI.

The skill of developing software programs and webpages that serve as a gateway to their SFI gateway pages is a plus. Knowing how to position their pages on the worldwide web is a crucial and important skill they understand and possess. Some may even own their own server or servers to deal with the number of traffic directed to their website or websites. This takes us to the matter of financial investment which we all know plays an important role in getting further ahead in the game. There is also the matter of purchasing PSAs and CSA on TripleClicks whether through ordinary sales or auctions. Becoming a member of the S-Builder Co-op is another way of gaining affiliates – overtime the numbers will add up. Paid advertising tends to yield a greater rate of sign up than free advertising. When all said and done, it comes back to investment of time, finance, and skill (Which comes from a little more advance understanding about the working of the internet.).
