I say used something that is from the heart and that you personally mean when you tell them something you also better be doing it. You want them to get started and do all task as fast as possible then come back and re-read all of them. You want tobe also a friend who cares about there life and what is going on in it also. you can used what SFI has preset into the program or you can change it to whatever you want it to say.
Always hake sure you end it with your full name and email address.

Welcome to the SFI world! Welcome to the world of tomorrow because SFI is taking you there! And you're lucky to be here as you'll soon find out. This is no bed of roses here but in the end it would be as long as you put yourself to the task required of you everyday. That is to be with your computer at least 2 to 3 hours a day. I find that if you come from the heart with what you say in your welcome letter to your new affiliates that it comes real easy to you as far as what to say. I write a different welcome letter to each of my new affiliates and it only takes me at the most 5 minutes. I simply keep in mind, how I would want someone to welcome me, and this is how I am able to write my welcome letters with minimum effort.

Omg, there are some downline I can think of that i would not mind ringing their necks...all but 1 of the 100ish in my downline..Just kidding they know i love em :) I have been sending mail and Team mails, and emails, and if i had their address i would be doing that to! but i strongly recommend Introducing yourself, and offers to make their experience a little easier I can remember the 1st week here and it was so overwhelming i almost deleted my account, but tell them, what you would have wanted

Welcoming a new PSA can be difficult - it really depends on what they want from SFI. So make sure you welcome them on your team and be sure to follow up in a few days because some start to become disinchanted with SFI because they are not making money as fast as they want. Be assuring to them that money is not all that SFI offers but all the learning you will receive to make SFI your home business.

To welcome them to SFI, the MOST IMPORTANT thing, i believe, would be to
tell them about the importance of the 500 Fast Track Versa Points & the
IMPORTANT part they could play in the New Member becoming a first month
Executive Affiliate.

Then only should come the regular stuff about how persisting with their
efforts can be the KEY TO SUCCESS rather than the false notion of every
get-rich-quick aspirant that SFI is a magic route to overnight riches.
