First of all, go to your Sponsor and ask them if they could help mentor you or find a willing mentor that has the time to devote. Your Sponsor is usually your best Mentor but there are some who are not available due to time or family restraints, which should obviously be respected.
.
A mentor is a wise and faithful teacher and SFI has alot of affiliates who qualify and can be excellent mentors. Having said that it must be understood that mentoring is a two way street where respect is paramount as in any good relationship. Sometimes the relationship is not as smooth as one wishes it to be, and therefore it can be somewhat frustrating at first to find a good fit in the mentor/mentoring arena. But with patience and understanding you should be able to find a good fit.
You can also go to the Forum or the A2A to look for a good mentor.

If you are looking to earn money with SFI you need to understand that it will take some hard work to earn that income. SFI takes pride in their training program so you can build your own home business.
You have to work on all the training programs and know that SFI is a company that builds strong affiliates that can learn and in time earn an income.
Remember that anything that you want - you have to work hard at to get what you want.

As a sponsor and have my downline - I would write them a team mail and expain to them that due to personal matters has caused you to loose touch with them.
Then let them know that you are back and ready to help them in any way you can. Sometimes honesty is the best policy.
How do you get your PSAs and CSAs to answer you when you write to them?

I have found that I am patient and when I write my PSA's and CSA's I just remind them how great SFI is as a company and to be patient. Things turn around it just takes time and if you are patient and determined you will make it. I have some that was way below on their Versa Points and now they are working hard to get ahead.

I try to inspire them that if they can make EA each month then I know they can make Bronze. I try to direct them to their To-Do List and keep working even harder to make their Bronze and what the perks they will receive. I ;et te lmpw that I am here to help and all they have to do is contact me for any type of help I can offer to them.

Welcoming a new PSA can be difficult - it really depends on what they want from SFI. So make sure you welcome them on your team and be sure to follow up in a few days because some start to become disinchanted with SFI because they are not making money as fast as they want. Be assuring to them that money is not all that SFI offers but all the learning you will receive to make SFI your home business.
If sales isn't your strong suit, what should you focus on to create a full time income in SFI?

We all run into the fact that some of us are not sales people, it's either take it or leave type of person.
There are some steps that might help that my Sponsor gave to me.
#1 Don't give up. Stay focused be consistent and persistent. Your efforts will reflect your productivity.
#2 Make sure you communicate with everyone in your down line and A2A's. Give your support to all that asks for it.
#3 Stay plugged in, log in everyday. Check your messages and send messages to those who you fill have potential but are alittle unsure.
#4. Always track advertising methods and offer help to your down line and those who could use a extra hand on advertising their products. Help your affiliates find a way to promote his/her business that is most comfortable for him/her.

Alot of our affiliates worry about this - if they are unable to afford the Standinng Order it is best to do every thing you can on the To-Do List. It will work by sending out E-Cards and join the Wave 3. These will help you expand. Look for free advertisement and websites. Use your gateways on Twitter and Facebook to draw more people in.
How would you motivate someone who is interested in SFI but lacks computer knowledge?

When I started with SFI I had no computer knowledge and SFI has taught me everything I need to know. I couldn't even cut and past. So tell your friend that he/she will learn it as they go. I did and I still have more to learn.
