Most important thing is to be there for them from the start. When you get notified you have a new PSA then immediately send them the welcome message and introduce yourself. Secondly is to answer any and all of their questions promptly. Never let a question go unanswered for more than 24 hours. also, whenever you get an SFI notice that one of your affiliates achieved something, send out a message congratulating them. Always lead by example. Offer and provide support to you downline always. "Work with the workers" and never forget this critical principle. Complete your Leadership Page, and then keep it fresh by checking it at least weekly for needed updates and/or for adding new content. Send out a weekly newsletter to your entire downline and CSAs. 1.Keep in mind that if your downline succeed, you succeed, to keep in touch with them and always give them priority. Reply instantly to their messages.

1. Greet them when they arrive

2. Answer all their questions PROMPTLY and completely as soon as they are asked-be vigilant

3. Offer suggestions on all topics daily/weekly/monthly

4. If you have a few extra affiliates, reassign a few to give them someone to write memos to and learn to answer questions...but be there in the background as help

Encourage them to follow what you are doing,give them support on all their achievement,Tell them the best things that helped you achieve your goals,show them your badges,they need the same badges to help them achieve there goals,build trust with your affiliates.

Become a good sponsor to your affiliates by communicating with them regularly. Always let them know that you are there to support them if they need you. Be a mentor, counselor , and motivator to your group.

Step up an be the Leader by setting the pace and the example. As a Leader, you must continue to gain knowledge and improve yourself with good success habits.

To become a good sponsor remember this:

1. You are their inspiration. You introduced the SFI/TripleClicks business model to them. They expect you to be the expert. Read and learn all you can to help your business partners. Lead by a good pattern of doing, achieving, and becoming.

2. Treat them they way you want to be treated. No one likes a hard sell! Instead offer assistance, answer their questions, and teach them to do what you do everyday to build your SFI business.

Always be there, show them that your doing what your asking them to do also like Daily, weekly, monthly, and 1 time task.
Always emailing your total downline every week like a sponsor should or a Team Leader should do. Letting them know you care about even there personal life and it's not all about money at least in my eyes. Your building freindship as well as a business.

Being a good sponsor is rather easy, lead by example!

Shop from your own store, you can't expect someone else to, if you don't yourself, show you have confidence in your business.

BE PRESENT! So many times you see that affiliates are asking for new sponsors, don't be one of these sponsors, when you find someone willing to work HELP THEM! Find the answers to their questions, if you don't know them head to the forum and find out!

Be there. Have you ever heard about something called FISH Philosophy? One of the tenants of this philosophy is "Be There". When your affiliates ask a question or if you see them making errors in some of their business. Be there, and guide them.
