Hello and thanks for asking.

Dealing with affiliates who decide to turn you down when you are lifting them up its simple.

You could decide to not care about them any more and you totally lose them

Or

Keep doing the good work you've been doing, encourage them instead on comfronting them. Sooner or later you will have them in total.
They will become loyal someday, truthful and grateful. Give them second chance each time they do that.

Enjoy

If you are sure that you are giving them the right support, info and guidlines then everything should be going great. If you are unsure about how to give them the exact info, that could be the problem. Be always consistent and trustworthy.

You've sure heard for "Be An Awesome Sponsor" article here on SFI. Everytime I'm unsure on the right approach or tactic, I get back to the article to learn even more. Make sure that you are always on the right track with your affiliates and

Good question. I have experience it before but I never ask the person why he rated me poorly, why?

1. Because I cannot 100% certify people.
2. Because I don't give out in other to receive back.
3. Because my reward is with God.

So if PSA/CSA I have offer unconditional support rate me poorly, good for him/her. That will not stop God blessings upon me neither will it hinder my progress with SFI. Also, it will not stop me from doing what I am suppose to do for him/her

This question may sound paradoxical, but it is not. The way that someone gets help and to unconditionally is different. All PSAs emphasize that you are working in SFI perform independent work and do not have a boss. Second, the work of SFI is a very organized form of work for which you need time to learn the procedure. If someone forces by offering you the answers where you have not asked the question, creating extra pressure. Finally, leaders should have more knowledge and experience with people

Dear Brother
If your PSA's who rate you poorly. means there is communication gap between you & them. As genealogy is great tool to communicate with them weekly. contact them regularly with your cell phone. When they need you must reply instantly. solve their problem. Boost them to expand their affiliate network. If something they can get from you they always respect you & also you have to no worry about their rating. I think you understand it.

From my early experience at sfi, I will suggest you teach your downlines how to rate and what rating is all about. Then I did'nt know how to rate(click the stars). I wanted to rate my sponsor 5 stars, but almost ended up rating her 1 star. This could also contribute to your being rated poorly even when you are doing great for your PSAs. As their sponsor you should teach them how to rate.

YOU DON'T.

Individual expectations differ. Question is, "How do you deal with PSAs who rate you well?". Basically, I would do the same with both. Have you been overzealous, with too much communication? Remember, too much of anything is not a good thing.

Frankly, I would give my sponsor a poor rating if he sends me a mail every other day.

By rule of thumb, getting 65% good rating is a good indicator that you are on the right track.

Have a great

Hi,

First of all, you really need to find out why. Communicate to learn the answer to this question but don't over do it as this will only aggravate the situation. Chances are that the affiliate has some unanswered questions or the questions were answered but not explained in detail so that the affiliate understood without becoming more confused. If communication is a success then apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding and try to regain the affiliate's confidence in

I do not know how someone's ratings affect my productivity.
It is out of place for me to go about soliciting for ratings when I should spend such time engaged in productive work that will benefit me.
If my PSA decides to reasons best known to him or her decides to rate me poorly when I know I am doing all I can to help such person. I will simply do nothing as if it dies not bother me. Worrying about it will only end up affecting my productivity. What is more, ratings from a single PSA among

Your question is one of 'test of discipline.' You cannot react harshly against such PSAs, knowing fully well that criticism and negative reactions accompany leadership. However, a good leader maintains his good actions despite the storm and no doubt reaps his reward when the clouds clear off. Make your critics your friends so as to draw them close and influence their thoughts with your leadership skills, and by so doing will you motivate them positively.
