First of all, it is good to realize the fact that everyone have different personalities which affect how they confront the everyday so issues of life.
Now to your question, PSAs are a major factor in determining how far one is able to go in this business. But like we are told in the beginners guide to find just 5 PSAs and teach them what you do by way of mentoring and you are set up for success. This to me is possible when you are able to connect with this affiliates on a personal level and guide them through the rudiments of the business.
Having said that, I do not subscribe to purchasing PSAs off the shelf and amass very large number of ineffective PSAs.
Thank you.

How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

I do not know how someone's ratings affect my productivity.
It is out of place for me to go about soliciting for ratings when I should spend such time engaged in productive work that will benefit me.
If my PSA decides to reasons best known to him or her decides to rate me poorly when I know I am doing all I can to help such person. I will simply do nothing as if it dies not bother me. Worrying about it will only end up affecting my productivity. What is more, ratings from a single PSA among the numerous PSAs I have will fizzle into insignificance because other members of my down line are doing very well.
I hope I have a point here. Thank you.

SFInas a business has made it easy for everyone to succeed in this business. They even spell out for you the rules for success in this game. Just follow them and you will see yourself going places.
As for your question, all you have to do to be guaranteed Team Leadership position every month is to earn the maximum points needed for qualification. I do not think there is any short cut to that. Just earn the points and qualify.
I hope this helps your quest.
Thank you.

I believe by " mentor" you mean someone you look up to in a particular field of endeavour or life as a whole.
To find the mentor you need for SFI, just find the top.performers and connect with them on a personal level by all means possible . Take interest in what they do and ask them personal questions. This way they will pick interest in you .
