To ensure quality and not quantity when signin up PSA do this.

1. Ensure you have explain the basics of SFI before signing up. This way they would have understanding of what its al about.

2. Do not sugar coat SFI, talking them into joining to make quick money. You will have plenty PSAs droping and not making progress if you do that.

If you recruit hundreds of affiliates each day without concentrate on the vital aspects of quality, it may leads to a disaster. Because ultimately quality of the affiliates that matter.......

I've addressed this issue, as a full-time marketer, for well over two decades and quality over quantity is a BIG challenge. Through testing we've found that the more you qualify a prospect the higher your "per lead" cost. You need to find a balance between the level you qualify your prospects and the actual results you receive from those that convert to Affiliates and then to EA2 or above. First of all, it bothers me when people speak of other people as good or bad quality. We are all born the same, and have all the same chance of becoming someone great.

If we treat our signups as if they will be the very best and encourage and motivate them, there will still be some who just don't get it. And it doesn't matter where they come from or what they do or have done in their lives. Everyone is potentially a good prospect. But even if you spend a lot of money for signups

My answer to this is COMMUNICATION!
I try to speak (through CHAT) everyday with my PSAs/CSAs. I get to know them as my friends, I ask questions of them and you usually have to explain to them what I asked and why. They will chat with you. I even take advise from them. You see most don't know the chat is there, so I teach them about it. In my welcome letter I make it known that replying to all Team mails and chatting with your Sponsor is imperative for a awesome working

I said it before, I prefer to have few active PSAs than thousands of inactive PSAs. Make it point of duty to have quality (active) sign-ups by being an awesome sponsor.
