What's the biggest turn-off that I should avoid talking about to prospects for SFI?

For me, the biggest turn-off is :
* when you try pushing too much when you start talking to a prospect about SFI. I think it is better for them to get curious about it so they will want to know more.
Giving free informations at the beginning will give them doubts about the business because they will fell like you are scaming them or obligate them to join. You are giving only the AWESOME aspects about this business because YOU want them to join.
The best way is to let them know some of the less shining part of this busines, like the long-term process( not get-rich-quick scheme) but that you are successful because you work hard and take the time to fully understand the program.
It is a way to find people that will be ready to work and want to learn. Learn the program , learn the business and follow you because you will guide them.

What is the most effective way to communicate with your team?

You ask for the MOST effective so I would say through the SFI platform. (using E-Card or genealogy mailer)
This is without any doubt that the business is business. But if you know your downline in real life well there is no obstacle to talk face-to-face.
One thing is sure, keep the communication open for both of you. Communication can't be done in a one-way. You got to listen to your downline questions and opinions. The same with your own uplin because your upline is part of your team too.
Success comes to open mind and interactive people.

Is there such a thing as helping your affiliates TOO much?

I would say yes because sometimes people want to give information to their downline but give informations that the downline already know , so the person will take it as a losing of time and lack of communication between you both.
To avoid this is to keep communication with every people in your downline open.
Or you can also start your genealogy mail by saying " For those who didn't know " "To answer some people that mal me about this.... " or "Did you know... "
They will feel like some other people need these informations and maybe this affiliate that doesn't need these informations ask you personally about somthing else. He will feel a step forward some other affiliates and will open the way to more communication and give you the next genealogy mail subject !!
To your success

How do I maintain or boost momentum in my group?

To maintain or boost the momentum in your group, you can do this:
- Create a good communication with your members.
- Invite them to participate in a contest to win some incentive.
- Ask them to write back when you are mailing them, they will feel considered.
- Congratulate them for every step they make through their business.
Never be upset when an affiliate has difficulties to reach a goal you fixed yourself, you don't know what can happen into his life to make him/her be a little distant for a period of time. Always be a good ear for them and a good guide. They need to see you always positive. They will be glad to talk and work with you.
:) smilies can also make them feel comfortable and happy !

Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

This question is a really big one because almost everybody is facing this situation.
WE CANNOT really understand why people are not convinced of all SFI's advantages.... simply because there are too many reasons.
- Some people don't like to work in group.
- Some people don't like marketing.
- Some people don't know what is marketing.
- Some people are afraid to fail.
- Some people are simply looking and don't want to work that kind of business even if they never tried to.
- Some people don't want or forget to log in everyday.
There can be a lot of reasons, but your job here is not to convince them
As I read it here often.... Work with the WORKERS and show them it works you'll see duplication into your active team.

Dear,
There can be a million reasons for you to invest in SFI. Only YOU can tell why you should invest. But let me tell you this...
- If you think you can accomplish yourself through this project, go ahead.
- If you think you can make that invested money come back into commissions, go ahead.
- If you think you can help people around you through this business, go ahead.
- If you think you will learn something new with SFI, go ahead.
- If you think you need those tripleclicks items, go ahead.
- If you consider your investments like a little help to succeed, go ahead.
- ....
everyone can add up his/her own reason, investing in a business like SFI that shows affiliates since 1998 that success is possible here, I don't know why you cannot invest and succeed TOO !

How is communication best utilized to create robust duplication?
Annie Bechard, Aff (Quebec, CA)

Affiliate since: 07/04/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
The communication you will utilize to create the robust duplication with your downline is by giving them the opportunity to visualize what YOU as a sponsor do and by sharing with them in easy words the best way to accomplish what you are doing.
The communication is going through the mail you send via the PSA or CSA mailer but also by the e-cards, stream page or any other communication you 'll use to talk to your downline. But, you also have to ask your downline how they want you to communicate with them. Some people of your downline will maybe prefer the phone and even sometimes phone texts, because they are part of your relatives, colleagues, friends or neighbours.
You always have to think to the message you deliver.... is it easy to understand ? clear? Not pushing them if they aren't ready to do something?
Try to always have your ears open to receive their inquiries too.
COMMUNICATION IS BOTH WAYS!
regards,

Which of the SFI LaunchPad lessons is best...and why?

Hi,
This question has a lot of different answers that are all true and can be the best answwer because everybody is unique and can learn something from each launchpad lesson.
- We are first at different level of comprehension of our sfi business (Concerning marketing, recruiting, selling, etc.)
- We all have our own knowledge before joining here.
- We all have different ways to write, read, understand or teach to others if they join sfi.
- We are in different countries.
- We are not all the same age and didn't live the same experience from life or previous businesses.
- We can read a launchpad lesson twice or more and each time, understand or learn something new.
So it is up to you again dear sfi business owner to FIND your own way and answer to this.
I finally want to tell you that in my first year here in SFI that I learn a lot and not only from the launchpad but also from the forum and every helping tool Gery and his team has put up for us all.
Thank you!

How can we shift from quantity to QUALITY with our sign-ups?

Hello dear,
The best thing I can tell you is that you'll never know which sign up is going to be the BEST ONE you've ever had because you'll never know how and when your downline affiliate will see this opportunity before he really start working it.
I sign up because I saw this ad on a paid-to-click website and I didn't log back for 2 weeks. My sponsor probably think I was like other inactives and had given up on me. But 1 day I decided to log again here and start working, reading and see where it would took me. It is my sixth month now and I am BTL now.
So just to show you that everywhere you can find affiliates to sign up in your downline you should go even if you think it is not the good place to find because you can make them realize what opportunity they just find. Or show them how to develop this business with your support. You are the key to your success and no matter if your have some inactives you need few active and DETERMINATION.
Happy new year 2014 to you and all sfi community.

What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

First of all, you should remind this affiliate why he join SFI.
Make him say in his own words what he expect from this business.
Then you should show him some testimonials, success stories and focus on how long people took to get where they are now in their success.
Tell your affiliate to take 1 action at a time and conitnue climbing his own ladder to success. There is no limit of time and no limit of earnings.
Your support and help in finding his way will make you both happy and successful as a team. And that is a very good story to tell all your future affiliates.
