Anyone can do quantity bu just advertising everywhere repeatedly but quality recruiting takes thought and planning, filtration, and education.

1. You need to have a website or blog of your own.

2. An autoresponder helps and allows you to send out an informative newsletter. You can get one free to get started from Mail Chimp. RSS is a great secondary lead capture mechanism lending favor to the regular blog.

"You don't make friends ... you find them." The old quote goes, the same is true with EAs. To find quality, you have to sort through a lot of quantity. The advice of SFI is work with the workers ... this should be your rule.

Then,

1 - connect with them fast: The Welcome Letter within 1-2 hours of their joining.
Introduce your self, ask about them and their families, offer to help in any way and give them your phone number and personal email address.

If there were any formula existing it would be quite easy.

Unfortunately there isn't one. The only solution I can
think of is to advertise in the right places where people
are serious about changing their lives without looking
for a get rich quickly opportunity.

Without any work ethics it just won't do -
most think signing up and putting a few banners somewhere will make them rich.

It is through QUANTITY that we find QUALITY.

Sponsoring is a numbers game. The more you sponsor the more motivated successful people you will find. You are going to have to dig a lot of COAL before you find your DIAMONDS. Having said that you can target your advertising to particular places that will bring you more active affiliates.

This is always a paradox. Do I choose quality over quantity? Let's examine it and get to the bottom of this issue. Going the route of quality is a long arduous journey. Diamonds are rare precious stones. Granite is semi-precious as it were but is a lot more plentiful. As a master builder of the house, it requires decor that is made with granite such as sink fixtures and countertops along with the granite floor for the patio or terrace. There is nothing wrong with advertising for quantity because there are many diamomnds out there among the rough so to speak. However, you have asked a very good question and it is a question I asked too when I was starting out.

Test, and retest is the mantra of those who succeed in SFI. Test your advertising and keep very close track of what works or doesn't work. The slightest change in the heading can make a big difference as to who you draw. Test the places you advertise and see where you get the active people from.

Also test your welcome letter. I have tried many different styles, and have scoured letters I received for why they appealed to me. Then I have tried them. Some work and some don't.

Well if you get quality sign-ups, its your good luck. But all are not lucky. We all can become lucky by thinking, taking action, working hard and investing some money as required in all other businesses.

How to find Quality sign-ups & Quantity sign-ups in your SFI Business. Log in to your account, go to genealogy and check VPs & last login date against the name of each sign-up. From here you can easily make out who is who?

Shifting from the quantity of sign-ups to quality ones depends on the manner on which you sponsored them.

With sign-ups bought from S-Builder or ECA, you can sort them out by the level of their commitment and activity.

Most will be zero producers, but some may show potential, who start with a few VPs, send their commitment message, and respond to your welcome letter. Some may become EA in one go, then you have found a real quality sign-up.

To shift from quantity to QUALITY with our sign-ups solely depends on us as sponsors. First and foremost, we can't tell how active a person might be before he/she signs up.

Once we have gotten some sign-ups, all we are expected to do is to be an awesome sponsor to them. Establish a cordial relationship and a close communication link with your sign-ups so that they might get to know you better.
