If there were any formula existing it would be quite easy.
Unfortunately there isn't one. The only solution I can
think of is to advertise in the right places where people
are serious about changing their lives without looking
for a get rich quickly opportunity.
Without any work ethics it just won't do -
most think signing up and putting a few banners somewhere will make them rich.
Explaining the concept of SFI/TripleClicks on your recruiting page accurately
is one such step to already minimize unwanted sign ups.
Yes, it sounds strange, yet it is effective. Also highlight the topics
you like best about SFI and how it helped you to make this a successful
endeavor and don't hesitate to mention the time involved to get to a certain point.
Emphasize the long term benefits of your hard work, the dedication it needs
and explain why you think it's the right program to advance if they would
like to succeed on a long term base.
It's rather a difficult process, but being with SFI also seeds plants
otherwise which will be beneficial as you progress yourself - it's like a tree
and this opportunity is the stem or trunk of it all.
Have one or two banners on a page and write extensively about why you are so enthusiastic about the topic and about your given opportunity.
