First, I should say that since this is your business, SFI has no expectations. It is up to you.

As a leader in your own business, you should take that leadership role as a responsibility to be a leader in your team. I believe that leading by example is important, and have heard that you should always be doing more that what you expect your team members to do.

You should be available to those who are willing and show initiative. This is efficient for you because you are only working with the workers.

You should also not be doing anything that you do not want others to duplicate in your team, or that others would not be able to do. Make your leadership duplicable and simple to keep growing.

Always ask yourself, what would happen if 20 people on my team were doing the same in their business as I am doing in mine?

In order to be an exceptional team leader just remember 3 things.

1. Complete your to-do list tasks for the day, week and month and you will do exactly what is necessary to earn action points and also to connect with your team on a weekly basis.

2. Next, contact each member of your team and find out what their goals are for their SFI business. From there you help them to create a blueprint for success. If you help them to reach their goals, you will inevitably reach your goal.

3. After they have achieved their goals,you then teach them to do the same for their affiliates. Keeping that line of communication open and showing your team that you are there for them is key to building your business.

The more you earn VersaPoints, the more your share would be, and qualifies you to an Executive Affiliate or higher rank.

A team leader is a person who knows a solution to any given situation. If somehow he/she doesn't the answer to the problem, then certainly knows how to find it and where to look.

He/she is also a person to whom his/her colleagues can look up to and whom they wish to follow. People will follow those who have results talking how successful they are. And vice versa, if someone doesn't have results of any kind, they won't be able to teach anyone how to achieve them.

The answer really lies in the two words, Team Leader. Without a Leader, you simply don't have a Team, someone needs to guide them, someone needs to send them in the right direction, and be there for support at all times. So as a Team Leader you need to step up to the plate, give your team the help and guidance they need to get them motivated enough to reach their goals, to turn SFI into their business, and to be successful just like we are all trying to be.

And you don't have to have any special skills,as SFI provides all the necessary training and guidelines on how to be an awesome sponsor. So all you really need to do is learn your way around the SFI site, read all the guidance tips and then simply apply them to your team. If you take the time to mentor and guide your team, you will reap the benefits later. If you don't, then your SFI business will not be successful, it is as simple as that.

Be loyal, trustful and persistent. That is something that is expected of Team Leader to be. There are all kinds of Team Leaders out there, but your are the one who chooses what type of TL will be. I choose the friendly and helpful option, where I am a shaft to my downline. Always here for them with helpful tips. Arogance and irresponsibility is never the way. Concrentrate on "How to be an awesome sponsor". Those are the tips which everyone should live and work by.

What is expected of not only you but also every affiliate, like the rest of us, is to lead by example. A leader is someone who leads and not someone who follows or simply watches. A leader’s actions speak louder than his or her words. The following are just some of the expectations:

1. Personal Integrity.
2. Demonstrate duplication.
3. Respect for your downline.
4. Discipline and ability to take full responsibility for your words and actions.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with your downline.
6. Demonstrate that you are a servant to them and not a master (for example don’t force but rather encourage them to set up a standing order – because not every one can!).

Firstly, Merry Christmas to you and other affiliates.

Congratulation if you are become a Team Leader. It is little higher than to be a EA, but very important. My suggestion is - threat that you are only one EA with created small team, at begining of each months. Why? SFI Affiliates starting with team including several doubt CSAs.

Beleive, they could be so efficiently, but on the other side, they could be nothing, total non active members! It depends about factor SFI lottery and your fotunate at start. Because, as Team Leader you have MAIN TASK - to be Avesome Sponsor (read that Chepter many times).

After that, you must be prepard for:
- giving and having strong commitment anytime and forever
- sending a warm welcome letters to all your PSAs /CSAs
when you received them
- large scope of communicating with all member
of your team, at same level and on a regular basis
- answering on all questions of your team members,
concerns in a timely manner
- assisting and helping them in any way you can and
always remind them ... "I'm here for you."
- teaching whole team to do as you do - firstly and
always DUPLICATION, as main point of business
- encouraging members of your team to resolve tasks
- congratulating to members when they well done a job
- learning, educating and growing in business
- updating your Leadership Page with blog, contest, letters...

You will be a person with patience, persistent and perseveration to each member of your team. But, forgot serving that charity to non activ members, beleive me, they are only numbers until they don't decide to start with serious working in SFI.

Your leadership is charity and obligation to your workers, doesn't matter they are EA, TL or even working affiliates! Working and earning of VersaPoints in conection with duplication deserve your givings to your team.
