As a team leader, you are expected to be a leader to your downline affiliates. You are to motivate, instruct and assist your PSA's and CSA's assign to you.
Encourage them to do their daily task and to get involve in every opportunities SFI offered to boost their business.

Also, To be a good team leader, you are expected advertise your business so that others are compelled to join your team and are willing to help build your business.
