When you receive inactive CSAs, be grateful that you got them. You
didn't have to advertise or spend any extra money to buy them. All
you had to do was qualify for EA OR Team Leader. Sf1 didn't have
to give them to us as a bonus for qualifying . You don't have to do
no extra work. Just send your Welcome Message and any thing else that
you want them to know. After that, just include them in all your mailings.
If they respond, fine, if not keep including them in all mailings.

We all receive inactive CSAs. It is the nature of doing business. What should you do? Keep trying to motivate them to become active by sending both team mail and personal email if they have registered this. Don't bombard them with mail, but constant "nudges" to let them know you are interested in their success, and want to help, sometimes work.

I just had the pleasure of having a CSA who had been inactive for nearly a year, respond to me, and ask advice on how to begin

Easy answer on this question..

So, with CSA-s you should do what you do with all others.
That means, try to contact them, send them PM or e-mail, try to activate them..

But if you see that no one answers after 2-3 messages dont bother any more..

Use your time to focus on your PSA because that is most important for you..

Not your CSA, but PSA..

One Example: From CSA-s you get ONLY 15%CV if they buy something, and matching VP if you are BTL

Hi there! Upon receiving inactive CSAs might lower your self-esteem and ask that question. Right? However, it is also the best way to measure your determination and leadership. It is the reality that in every group, there is at least one member who doesn't want to work, doesn't quickly understand the process, or doesn't want the long process to success. The best thing you can do is continually send them messages convincing them to return in SFI by, for example, enumerate the benefits and the possible

You should be patient with them earn their trust because maybe their sponsor has not helped them and they are lost.

Start fresh and let them know that you are there to help them in any way you can.

Answer all questions in timely manor. Above all just be there for when they are ready.
Send them positive emails weekly, and if they get to your movers then email them more with positive motivation.

There is not much you can do... You can't push anyone to do anything. This is what I do when I receive CSAs: I send them a welcome letter, I introduce myself, I offer them my help, tell them to contact me for every issue they have. And that's it, I don't send any personal messages to them any more, but when I send Team mails through genealogy mailer, I make sure they are included. The most of CSAs are inactive, that's true. And you dont't know if they'll become active sometime. So don't give up on

It is a nice question..

Almost all SFI affiliates receive INACTIVE CSAs and it is a challenging task to make them active.

To make them active it needs some of your motivation. Send them a welcome letter with introduction about yourself which shall also include your success stories at SFI. The letter should be addressed to the individual names. Let them be aware that you are there for them and whatever questions they have you will be happy to assist them in a way you can. You

Hello Keith Stieneke,
I think that you should do with them the same thing you do with everybody.
You should send them weekly CSA mailer, and try to reach them through it.
Some people need more time to get started, and to get convinced that this is
legitamate business and not a froud. Some people are scared and confused.
So you should explain everthing that is important about this job
in your weekly letters, and by that letters of support try to activate them.
They
