Hi! In order to have a great team, there's should be a good leader/sponsor. One factor of determining a good sponsor is having a good communication to its affiliates. HOWEVER, it doesn't mean that not having a good sponsor can stop you from being successful in SFI. There are lots of support system that can be found in SFI itself. There are different trainings, glossary, forums, etc. which can help you understand better the business.
You can see "marketing" and "support" tabs at your SFI page and choose which training and support you need respectively. You must also keep in mind the 3 basics of SFI: 1)versapoints, 2)tripleclicks, 3)duplication. You can review these basics by clicking the blue 'SFI BASICS' tab found at the upper right corner below your photo. You can also review the launchpad.
Hope this can help you succeed SFI! God bless! ^_^

Hi there! Upon receiving inactive CSAs might lower your self-esteem and ask that question. Right? However, it is also the best way to measure your determination and leadership. It is the reality that in every group, there is at least one member who doesn't want to work, doesn't quickly understand the process, or doesn't want the long process to success. The best thing you can do is continually send them messages convincing them to return in SFI by, for example, enumerate the benefits and the possible commissions they can earn. Let them feel that you are there willing to help. It is remotely possible to let them come back but don't ever lose hope. Being a good leader, you should be an example. So show them that you're not giving up on them. It helps them motivate to come back once they've read your messages.
